Very good stay. After takeover by spree hotels it seems that maintenance has been excellent. Staff were courteous and receptive. Mr. Jay at breakfast took care of all needs. Overall little more expenditure on maintenance would make it great deal.

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

the staff was polite and helped us a lot and the bathrooms were clean and room was also clean overall very nice and comfortable stay it was. the management people of the hotel were very nice and the way they welcomed us by greeting good afternoon and all was good.👍

Room was good but had some issues, fan was not working, for breakfast on asking they told to come in hall and then charged extra money and sai breakfast provided in room was cheaper and here i have to pay more.

The staff couldn't share the food bill. Guests doing booking should immediately ask for the bills else they will not provide later.

The family suit that i booked was not clean. And there was also an issue of power cuts. Although they did help me with early check in. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom area which makes it smell constantly.

When i checked in bedsheets an pillows were dirty. After asking them they changed but it supposed to be changed after every guest’s checkout.

Checked in the hotel in late evening. The room floor was sticking, no hot water in the washroom and most surprisingly the walls of the next door room was not completely packed. You could actually see them at the door entrance and the sound was coming loud. No privacy at all.

Greetings Basically the tidiness cleanliness is poor deluxe room was booked but standard room provided The comfort to bedside table to place mobile wallet etc. Of need was underspaced Thank You.
