ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel

Our stay at ziva suites was very comfortable. From the easy check-in to the checkout everything went smoothly. We were given a ground floor suite in front of the pool which we declined because of the potential noise in the morning and were given a suite with a large terrace on the first floor instead. The suite was large and we appreciated the very big terrace with outdoor seating and dining. The suite had a separate bedroom with a wonderfully soft mattress. A first for a ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel outside of the big brands 5 star ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotels in goa. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch to add to our pleasant stay at ziva suites. The restaurant food was good and the breakfast correct. Drinks prices were very reasonable for the area. This is a boutique ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel i would happily return to.

Pros of the ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel is certainly it’s smiling & courteous staff and to some extent it’s location which is equi-distaance from Arambol/Morjim and Condolim Beaches. Breakfast spread is limited and food presentation needs improve but taste and quality is perfect. Rooms are large and spacious and good sunlight in many rooms, only the bed sheets and towels needs complete overhaul. Other minor issues are their tatasky repeated issues of low duration recharge or practically on demand recharge. Rooms cleanliness during check-in needs to be improved although housekeeping staff is very polite and attentive yet cleanliness needs improvement. Other small but noticeable eye soar are blockage of staircase by housekeeping items and absence of sealed mineral water bottles every day.

Pros of the ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel is staff behaviour, tasty breakfast, location & value for money deal. Areas of improvement are room cleanliness during check-in, quality of bed sheets, towels and pillow/quilt covers. Major con currently for Dec 24 and Jan 25 is approach road condition which is manageable only due to ongoing public works leading to dust and road condition issues. This is my repeat visit to same ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel as I stayed here in Dec 2023 too.

Excellent rooms and staffs to welcome. The rooms were very spacious and built like a palace. The food in the restaurant also is very good. The only negative is the location is bit away and the road is not in good shape. There are no shops in that road, you need to go to main road which is either side 2-3kms away. But inside the ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel it feels like a 5 star.

Stayed in the first week of february, 2025. Property was well maintained and clean all throughout. Courteous staff and good food at breakfast. Only turn off was no complimentary mineral water bottle. However, upon requesting they allowed one bottle/day.

We are two couples with a 2 year old infant, our stay here was excellent. The staff were very helpful in every way. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is also good. Overall an excellent stay, 5 star

We are staying in ziva for 2nd time and oir experience is good. There staff is cordial, food is excellent, property is well maintained. They have indoor games and swimming pool. If you want to rent a bike or 4 wheel that can also be arranged. Most of the beaches are nearby so if you go left or right you will find a beaches

Ziva suites is an excellent property with very welcoming staff. Food at coastal spice was very tasty. Swimming pool is maintained well. Reception staff were very responsive and arranged cab as per our request

One of the most peaceful place to stay n relax, great hospitality, amazing food, beautiful view, near by most of the tourist places, hence easy to travel around, staff is so professional n helpful, had a great time in ziva suits.

Our stay at ziva suites was really great. Their hospitality is top notch. All the staff on the premises were very polite and cordial and helped us with all our requirements. The food and drinks from the resturant was good and prompt. They made our stay very memorable and will surely stay here in the future
