It's a fabulous stay. And the best part is the staff behavior it's 100/100. And the evening with a small gala night it's awesome. Definitely if you are looking for a perfect weekend this property is best with beach location.

Me and family had a wonderful experience during our stay at zone by the park, gopalpur the rooms were excellent the food was delicious the service and behaviour of the staff was the best i have experienced so far in any hotel the staff even went to berhampur which is 15 km away and brought medicine for my son who fell ill midnight. I would hundred percent recommend this place for their stay at gopalpur

The zone by the park is conveniently located next to mayfair resort, gopalpur. The property is thoughtfully built with wonderful interiors. From our room on the second floor, we could see the bay of bengal which was again a soothing experience. The food ordered for lunch and dinner as well as the breakfast spread is more than adequate and taste wise at par with any 4 star/ 5 star property. More importantly they have a kids play area with video games and a pool table. The beach is at a walking distance and takes about 10 mins from the hotel

It was excellent experience on this hotel we have found this hotel location from gps tracker only hotel service and restaurant serving was excellent specially the person whose name is mr milan biswas who satisfied ourselves on very excellent mannar.

This is a new property overlooking the bay of bengal in gopalpur, odisha. You can book a sea facing room. The rooms are nicely maintained and well designed. The room service is good but may be late at some rush periods. The staff are well behaved and cooperative. You have a well equipped gym, a spa and a play zone for kids and adults with a ps-5. So everyone can enjoy it. The food is great and delicious, the in room dining experience is also good. The only thing i found lacking is a breakfast spread. The breakfast is good, but is monotonous. So need to have some changes in breakfast spread on a daily rotation basis, or else everything else is great. A memorable and pleasant stay with family. Wishing you all the very best.

A relatively new hotel, about an year or so. Nice property, gives excellent service and food quality is good. Pleasant experience and special mention for shradha dais and jajati prusty who made our staying even more enjoyable.

Gopalpur beach is less crowded beach and the zone by the park hotel is well located, ambience, amenities are excellent. Staffs are very cordial, foods are authentic and excellent. Room where we stayed had the space for balcony but balcony where not built. However, overall hotel is perfect for leisure tour/vacation/weekends etc

The stay was good, excellent location, ambience, all the staff were good with well behaved, always have a smiling face, cooperative. Food was good in quality and quantity as well. They have an underground parking facility, swimming pool, gym, and play.
