Terrible Stay
Very bad experience to stay in this hotel.There is no water bottles in the room.When we ask for water bottles ,they charged 100 rs for two water bottles.Very dirty rooms

Excellent Stay
Food was fresh and delicious. Location was fair enough with a view of Jaisalmer Fort. Amenities provided were perfect and well maintained. Overall service was truly amazing with the men always keen to help. Enjoyed the stay.

REVIEW Zone by Park
Good Location, Room has all basic amenities , food was good. Staff was co operative. Few small things to be added in the room, shaving & dental kit, hand towels, slippers, iron etc. tariffs are higher.

Staff need to be more active in serving the customers
Scenery is awesome. Food arrangement is too slow. Except the manager whose name i forgot to note, rest all staff are sluggish. Given the key to room service, yet they failed to do it until we arrive late in the night.

Great place, the best part it was recently renovated. Staff was amiable. Food was tasty. All in all enjoyed our stay. View of fort from our room was so beautiful at night.

Excellent Stay
I stayed with family. Our stay was very good, we feel like home. It looks magnificent from outside and inside. Food was very tasty, lots of variety of food. Room and bathroom was neat and clean. Great service and very supportive staff. Really nice experience. I highly recommended this hotel. Vijay.

Newly renovated property- fantastic swimming pool
We had a great time during our short stay. I was a little skeptical looking at some of the previews reviews but since the property just reopened after extensive 12 month renovations, everything was incredibly high quality. Thanks to mr annu and his team for a comfortable stay

We regret inconvenience caused for this. We had closed inventory on MMT extranet, neither we confirmed any reservation to system. Hence how can be responsible for a Booking which was closed on our extranet, nor we confirmed.

Kindly let me know in details what service you did not get its right tv is not working its technical issue from signal but our staff as no time they resolved the issue. Food is always nice may there is taste issue with you but your plan was room only there was no breakfast but we offered to have a buffet breakfast in our restaurant on complimentary basis. . We didn't stay there.
We didn't stay over there as it is not being safe for family and there were no covid-19 distancing or sanitization done. It started as when we enter the hotel there was just a watchman in the entire hotel and he was astonished seeing us, is there even a booking. At that time, I raised my first issue after that hotel manager arrived after few minutes and we were escorted to our rooms. Washrooms were not even cleaned and there were dead bodies for flies and spiders. After that, they didn't even ask for our identity proof and the staff were staring at us as they were gonna eat us alive. We as being the only family didn't feel safe over there and none of the amenities were provided. After leaving the hotel, I raised another issue regarding the same and asked for refund or booking at another hotel.
