Service was excellent, food was awesome, room was good clean and tidy, what else you need in such a place. Check in was quite easy. Staff was very polite and helpful.

My visit to zostel in december 2023

Hospitality by the staff of zostel was excellent, i visited there in the month of december, there was freezing cold, all the water pipelines were blocked but in zostel they have managed water in the washrooms so that tourists don’t have to face that freezing water issue, i recommend that you should visit zostal.

Sangla is one of the best location in himachal and the location of zostel was excellent and staff was nice and polite. Definitely recommend this place for couple and solo traveller

Place where hostel is situated is very good place. Staff is very helpful and service and cleanness is good food is also tasty. Staff is very polite and humble.
