Everything was good. Food was good. Property is too scenic Host was very supportive. Room and washroom were clean. It was great stay there. Highly recommendable.

It was a wonderful stay and staff was very helpful this property has amazing views and easy way for treak to trikund.

Good property great hospitality neat and clean washroom

Location was good but NO PARKING You have to walk 200 mts onto steep slope for going to zostel We were peacefully watching tv @1 am in cafe and no one was being disturb then also reception guy switched off tv and spoke with rude behaviour

I had a wonderful stay at Zostel Dharamkot. The property is beautiful and peaceful — perfect for a solo traveler or anyone looking to relax in the mountains. The weather during my stay was absolutely amazing, and the overall vibe of the place is chill and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if you need anything. One thing I’d suggest for future travelers and the management to note: The nearest parking charges ₹300 per night, which can add up. Also, taxis from the Dharamshala bus stand to Upper Dharamkot typically cost ₹700–₹800. It would be really helpful if Zostel could update this information in their travel advisory so guests can plan better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. just plan your commute and parking accordingly.

it was a horrible experience. The management is not welcoming at all. If you are a solo traveller they will shift your room if there is a bigger group coming up. Only visit if you are here for 1-2 stay. It is not managed well for long term guests. Worst Zostel stay I have had and I have stayed at 5 of them.

Very clean rooms, very clean washrooms. We stayed in a 4 bed room. The staff is friendly. Fuss free checkin.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The on-site cafe was great, and the views were amazing. Plus, there was a fantastic cafe nearby called Mysore Cafe –definitely a highlight!

The place is nicely situated away from the city and the noises. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Their cafe/restaurant is also very nice and food is great. There is also live music performances at night at the rooftop.

It was great experience . I would love to visit again.

Food wasn't good, below average taste, no consistency in taste of same dish ordered previous day. Location is really good. Property is well maintained. Facilities like heater are provided on demand, they don't clearly mention the charges beforehand and charge you at the time of checkout. Service and hospitality is average. Overall not a great option for stay.
