Review Of Zostel Jaipur

I got feedback in zostel Udaipur about jaipur zostel hence didn't stayed here and had made alternative arrangements without refund at all. what else to say

the rooms were good but the toilet was bad..the common space were not that clean either

Food was good, location was the best near to the main tourist spots but it's a little difficult to search the zostel. Facilities and services were good, staff was the best . Just a few points, try to make the storage almirah a little bigger and add more lights in the washroom It was quite dull

The zostel in Jaipur had all the amenities and according to price it was reasonable. What made this stay somewhat disappointing was the staff behaviour. The reception desk was pretty non-cooperative and unresponsive to certain issues. The behaviour of the staff could certainly have been better. The common area linens were dirty and unkempt as well. The whole property had an air of unkemptness, which certainly disappointed. As a long time customer of Zostel, having stayed at many different locations around the country, the one in Jaipur was especially disappointing.

great stay, great place, great stay. People at the property are very helpful. Especially Prashant, Rehman and Palak. Very nice location, at the core of the city. Highly recommended for solo travel, but the crowd is only on weekend.

Everything was awesome. 5/5 for everything. Only few things i will suggest to zostel: 1)Provide a lock n key for almirah offered. 2)Some bed needs to undergo maintenance. They produce noise when you sit or stand from the bed.

loved the stay here..it was clean and well maintained. perfectly located at the heart of the city.

Actually it was good and People which where there was really nice and good hospitality

no activity mentioned happens in reality (like movie night) common room without music or tv overall very lazy environment everyone is busy in their phone.

While there may be minor inconsistencies like with any popular hostel, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, living up to the Zostel brand's reputation.

Ac was not working properly, washrooms were not maintained. Staff was not cooperative.

As I’d like to share, during my recent 6-day trip, I spent the first 5 days at Artbuzz and my final day at Zostel. Zostel has a fantastic common area, especially when there are games or group activities happening—it’s a great way to pass the time and meet people. However, the dormitory rooms are quite basic; they lack air conditioning and proper ventilation, and for the price, they feel a bit underwhelming, especially when compared to Artbuzz. The staff at Artbuzz are very professional, and their dormitory facilities are far superior. If I choose to stay at Zostel in the future, it would be primarily for the engaging social environment and activities, which are excellent for travelers looking to connect and spend time. But if comfort and relaxation are my priority, I would definitely prefer Artbuzz.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms and common areas were clean, cozy, and perfect for meeting new people from around the world. I especially loved the atmosphere — full of positive energy, laughter, and good conversations. It’s the best place to relax, explore Jaipur, and create amazing memories. I have visited many zostels but this one needs to be maintained well, service is not that great. Food cafe is not available. Only the location is good and yes met some lovely people. Overall it's good.

I had hugh expectations because all the zostels I went to before were topnotch, let it be cleanliness, food , ambience. Here the cleanliness especially of the toilet were really low even though it was okayish. Also the cafe wasn't available most of the time amd had to order from outside.

We had a very good stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
