worst ever stay . dirty restrooms , dungeon rooms, smelly room, ac not working, harsh receptionist.. nothing more to say

Property is in prime location, staffs are friendly and polite, everything is perfect

Nice one. But the AC had some trouble, but the caretaker was kind enough to shift to another room where it was absolutely fine. It is located at the centre of fort kochi but access is bit difficult due to lane access. Bit old building, but maintained well and it was neat. No complaint.

It was excellent and cozy stay at Zostel Kochi and zostellier Pravin was very helpful and friendly!

Location was good. Food wasn't available as i was told their cafe was temporarily closed. Rest, hosts were nice and friendly. I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dormitory, but rest three roommates were females only. Room and washroom were clean. There was noise in the main hall as zostellers were having fun, coming directly to my room post 12 pm which was a bit disturbing as i was too tired and had an early morning flight. But rest all good.

Had an incredible experience staying at zostel! the stay was super comfortable, and the atmosphere was amazing. A big shoutout to the staff, especially dany, praveen, and joefication, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Their friendly and helpful attitude added a personal touch to the whole experience. The place was clean, vibrant, and perfect for relaxing or meeting new people. Highly recommend zostel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality! will definitely visit again!
