I stayed there for two days during my trip to shillong, the dorm was neat and clean, which is what matters most to me. Also have a restaurant which is a part of this hostel, you can get fresh food.

The hotel was great. Very awsthetically designed. The room was spacious. The cafetaria was wonderful as well. Only difficulty was with the shower where we had some trouble getting warm water. Very pleasant stay overall.

If you’re looking for the zostel vibe please avoid booking this property. I stayed in 4-5 Zostel properties but this was very bad. Idk why zostel chose this property. Bad location, bad food and bad rooms. Dorms with no curtains and individual fans. Lights broken, toilet seat damaged. Waste of money

Had an amazing stay at Zostel Shillong! The property is well-maintained, the vibe is super chill, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Loved the cozy common areas and the beautiful surroundings. Perfect place to meet fellow travelers and explore Shillong. Highly recommended!

The location of the stay was preety easy to locate. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The housekeeping staff were top men who maintained the room well and made it super clean.
