Shoja, with its breathtaking landscapes and serene beauty, is a hidden gem. And zostel, with its warm hospitality and stunning views, elevated our experience to another level. The staff, especially mr. Mayur, mr. Tanu, and mr. Ajay, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their local insights and recommendations were invaluable in exploring the nearby attractions. The food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're seeking a memorable stay in shoja, zostel is the perfect choice. I will do that later

The stay was very comfortable. I stayed at the deluxe room (mountain facing. The view was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and also helped us plan our mini excursions during our stay there. The kitchen run by zostel is pretty good as well. The service is prompt and the food is good.

I did not like the hospitality of zostel. The host who is from delhi is not really accommodating for any kind of help or assistance you need. Be it from any room service you require to getting a heater in the room/common area or even a small thing such as closing the main door while you are sitting in the common area since the weather is very cold. I would say don’t stay here instead look for other properties which would offer better hospitality at much lower price. The behaviour of the owner needs to be more consumer friendly instead of making faces on any service you ask for.
