Not cleaned properly and there is only one power socket bed is average and toilet full of smell .

1 booked two rooms for myself and a friend. Unfortunately, the rooms were not ready at the time of check-in (around 1 pm. Additionally, the tv in one of the rooms was not working, and there was no hot water in another room. The owner explained that this was due to higher bookings, which suggests that there is either only one water heater for multiple rooms or insufficient capacity. The reception was always unattended, and we had to call the owner on their mobile for assistance. While cleanliness was satisfactory, the overall experience could have been better with more professionalism.

Stay was good neatly maintained. It has a high slope instead of steps or lift. It was for a short distance only, still i see that as a drawback

Worst experience make my trip & rexom residency

Worst stay, i booked a ac room, but they give me a non a c room, i was little late for check in, so they give tat ac room for some other& no one is there for take care, no receptionist, we waited for almost 30 mins for the receptionist, dont waste your money & time

Regarding your request for a cash refund the next day, since the booking was for two and services were provided for three guests with an extra bed, we were unable to offer a refund. Fan height low, i can touch the fan with my hand, european closet shaking, it was not fixed to ground.

Location is good easy to find. Spacious room. Very dirty bathroom. Not at all cleaned for months. Blanket was so dusty caused allergy. Water and glasses were months old. Overall poor maintenance.

I had an excellent business trip at Kattappana. The location was centrally located and property ambiance was peaceful. The rooms were clean, relaxing and comfortable. The caretaker was very attentive. Must recommend the property to others.

The host was a very nice welcoming person, he was very helpful. Property location was easy to found. They have provided a very clean and cozy room which was very comfortable. Facilities were up to the mark, definitely, the property is recommendable.
