Ripple Land KTDC

Value for money. We had chosen this on the basis of reviews from friends and its location. Everything is quite decent: friendly staff, renovated rooms and the building is designed to look different from the typical Ripple Land KTDCs with square buildings and hideous glass facades. It has an earthy ambience, seems to connect with the local feel. There is room for improvement: food is good but you could served lunch cold. There is nothing beneath the breakfast items to keep the food warm. If you've spent so much money on renovation, invest in buffet food warmers and heat up other food in a microwave if you hate the stove ordeal. We had an overall good experience.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was very large and well stocked with essentials. A partition between shower area and toilet would have been nice. Located right on national highway. Auto stand and bus stop right outside. Restaurant was ok, food selection was basic - some kerala veg and non veg selections - non-south-indian travellers may find that limiting. Food taste was good. Service could be slightly better. Food delivery services are available in alappuzha so that can cater to people looking for non-south-indian food. Room service was available though there was no menu in the room. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

The complete stay was awesome and gave a wonderful forest stay experience. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. If anyone is planning to enjoy forest experience then this is the "go to" place and you can get assured ticket for boating in the periyar lake inside the reserve. If anyone wants to enjoy city's late evening events then go for outside Ripple Land KTDCs as forest department doesn't allow entry after 5:30 pm. Thanks makemytrip.

Overall ok stay. The rooms were decent. Checkout hassle-free. However room phone was not working and a mobile number was provided for room service. The overall property (outside rooms) require renovation. When we checked in, front desk staff ensured tv and remote were working. Basic in room amenities were provided (kettle, soap, dental kit etc)

Our stay at ripple land ktdc was very good. Hotel is located on the highway and is easy to access. They have big parking lot and a nice restaurant which serves kerala cuisine. Room was neat and clean. Only thing i missed was a carpet as you step out of bathroom. All in all, value for money. Ideal for short stay. No

The Ripple Land KTDC is about 3kms before alleppey town on the national highway, immediately after the kollam bypass. Ample parking space, customer friendly employees, decent rooms, good food prepared after placing the order. We have a nice stay.

Smooth and quick reservations thru make my , warm welcome on arrival , booking details already with the Ripple Land KTDC so checking in was quick and easier . Nice ambiance , good room, and nice food . restaurant experience was also commendable .

This was the best stay. Would give 5. The hospitality, food, gesture, support was amazing. I would recommend everyone stay at periyar house. Great stay. Even in jungle area Ripple Land KTDC, security was best with necessary instructions
