Ripples Backwater Resort Kollam

location nice,stay facilities nowhere near even one star, no restaurant, not good for families,toilets and rooms dirty, no outdoor activities, poor professionalism, altogether full waste of money and time

Calm and peaceful location. The resort is near to the bypass road. There is good Backwater view from the resort. The care takers are friendly and helpful. It is an ideal location for family get-togethers. Having a swimming pool would have been better.

The property being new, 1)has no resturant, food had to be ordered from outside. The food that we got was substandard although it was just chicken Biriyani and chicken fried rice. 2)water flow from the taps of room 101 was very slow 3)There were insects and dead spiders in the toilet room 4)Water bottle was supplied on demand only 5) Sethumadhavan, our only contact point at the property was sweet and soft spoken and tried his best to accomodate us. But all the above mentioned points should not turn out to be struggle for anyone. 6)The property policies should be able to take care of these small issues.

Property is good ambition, room service is great. Food we are Oder to outside. Room Ac Cooing need more improvement other all is great 😊

The stay was good. The resort ambience was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice.

Awesome and peaceful atmosphere. The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable everything about the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommended.
