Well,had a great experience during our stay in Rituivy.The place of Location is quite good as, it is not much busy nd noisy as well.Very nice staffs with a good communication with due respect.For that hatsoff to u all guys🫡 specially i would like to mention our waiter,sorry that i couldn't remember his name but i can say the one who did the service(dinner) for us on 2ndSept'24 night(ie-Monday)He was really a nice staff nd have a good attitude with humble respect.ThankQ man for nice service to us.We will definitely visit again specially for u👍🤘over all services amenities nd cleanliness,none of them to criticize nor to have any complains as well. Only just a lil thing i got a problem is that,i got allergic to Masala nd spices which was too much ingredients to all of the dishes i must say.So for that there's aproblem to my digestion as well.If can be less with all of those mixtures, iwould be much greatful.Plus one more,most of the food given to the room services are Indian wich are all spicy types.What ever i asked for the breakfast/dinner none of them were available, so i was quite upset with that.From the first day till our last stay i cannot have my fav dishes but that was ok.. hopefully to improve nd get more options with a nice nd delicious dishes for the next time👍 Apart of all, it was nice. I haven't checked out yet. But as the saying goes ' first impression is the last impression, the initial reception was really nice. The dinner was very good. The ambience is very nice. The room is also very nice and well maintained. Only the washroom glass panel needs to be frosted one. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience and would like to check-in in coming years too. Location is good, easily accessible from vfs global office where i had some work to do. Regarding staff, i do not know the names but all were good and polite as expected. Rituivy RituIvy is located in one of the best locations in kolkata which provides easy access to public transport like buses, metro, and cabs. It's nearest to acropolis mall. At RituIvy rituivy, my check-in process for the RituIvy room was very quick. I found my room fully air-conditioned & well maintained, very neat & clean with a city view from big windows, very clean & hygienic washrooms. The RituIvy receptionists & staff are very attentive and polite. The room service is too fast & quick. Here i enjoyed some very delicious and fresh food at a reasonable price. At rituivy RituIvy my stay was very comfortable and i loved it.

Property location is the plus point. It is very near to iskcon temple, kalighat, birla mandir, etc. All these locations is less than 6kms from the RituIvy. They have an amazing breakfast you have opted for the complimentary one. My suggestion would be, go for complimentary breakfast deals. Their other foods is quite very fresh and tasty. Mussy try their schezwan rice, pane-er tikka and pineapple raita. And the services are impressive. You call and they are there in less than 2 minutes.

Very beautiful RituIvy, nice breakfast, very delicious and tasty foods available in restaurant, room service is appreciated, housekeeping staff are very punctual and sincere, room cleaness is high quality, specially the foods are very good quality and tasty, location is awesome, but one thing is at the time of checkout the restaurant staff, gate keepers etc are asking for money as tips, it is not appropriate which needs to be developed. The RituIvy is located in a prime location with easy access through bus/taxi. The check in procedure was seamless with courteous staff. Well maintained & clean room and washroom. Linens could be cleaner. The in-house restaurant serves tasty foods. The choice in complementary breakfast is limited but the available foods were tasty. Good and prompt room service & housekeeping. But the management should take care of the boarders while arranging parties in the RituIvy.

Stay was pleasant with two negative things, that is flooring was popped up which seemed to wooden and i had multiple cuts due to flooring. And second thing is room key card doesn’t work every-time i go out i need to ask staff to open the door with manual key, i complained at reception they say they will get it fixed in an hour but i stayed there 3 days no one came to fix it and also no room change was given. Everything else was good

Very good RituIvy. Service is as good as a 5 star RituIvy. Breakfast has a lot of options. Quite flexible in terms of connectivity.

The rooms were very beautiful and gave a vibe of home. The bathroom was clean and the amenities provided were sufficient.

Experience is all good. Just a small feedback. Pillow covers and towels are a bit old now. The rest all is good.

Best in location, very attentive receptionist, good staff behaviour, well-maintained neat and clean rooms with city view, delicious food and overall very comfortable stay at rituivy RituIvy. I loved the stay at rituivy.

5 stars as always. Well maintained RituIvy in and around the acropolis area along with well behaved staff.

It was a very comfortable and splendid stay at the property. Will prefer to visit again at the property.

The location was detected by asking local people. First food in dinner supplied was very good. Amenities $ services provided was excellent.

Staying since long in rite RituIvy for reason of comfortable stay with good service and hygienic tasty food

Staffs are very co-operative. Food was testy though options in buffet breakfast was very limited. Room was clean but linens and towels were very old and not so fresh. Overall good experience and value for money for the price offered by makemytrip.

It was a one night stay therefore couldn’t say much. Plus points - staff courteous, location very good-on side road of main road and food good. Negative -room and bathroom clean but a bit smaller.

Really loved my stay, room was neat & clean. Staff was very welcoming & done there job nicelly.
