Very unprofessional rooms were very small bathroom were not clean and room service was terrible i need to come down 2 floor to collect my food location is also very far from market and tourist attraction

Quality of upholstery was very poor. No dining facilities available in this property. I had trouble with my car, so i checked out 2 hrs late, the property owner charged me rs. 1000 extra but without any receipt. Hotel staff found to be friendly.

It is near varanasi ghat. But lack of space to park the bike and rats are here there is the room. Otherwise everything is fine about the cottage.

This hotel is very good. The location is also good. The staff is very nice. The room is clean. All the facilities are good. Thank you so much.

We booked 2 deluxe room in this hotel. Room size was small as it was mentioned as a deluxe category room. Amenities were ok. Tv remote and ac remote not working, also geyser not working but the staffs were very helpful. They should do proper maintenance of the rooms.
