Very bad experience, room not cleaning, room fragrance was so bad you can't stay in room. Bad sheet and pillow was dirty not cleaning. I have not recommended this hotel. Stay away from this resort

The stay is average tho the bathroom mentioned in the property picture is not like that also a little unhygienic other than that okay. The property is very quiet and staff is friendly for couples.

Dear sir, Thanks for the Valuable feedback, in the Amenities we have Swimming pool, Garden, Parking space, Veg non veg kitchen. Regarding the food if you had booked only stay package then food will be chargeable and Bonfire is also chargeable and and other activities are included.

I stayed with my friend and the room is very well maintained. Ac, wifi, geezer and tv facilities available. Near to railway station. Service is very good. Worth booking.

The rooms were smelly. The bed sheets were wet and whole room was wet due toh rain water coming in the room. The sofa was broken. The bathroom were so dirty. The food at the hotel was terrible and the crockery in which they served the food was also very dirty. This hotel should be rated negative. They have very dirty pool in which forget about swimming, you will not even wash your feet. It was horrible experience.

coupleThis place is very badly maintained. Although they have good pictures, the actual place is horrible for a stay. For some reason, many hotels in lonavala are losing their charm. I paid for a night here and it wasn't even worth 2k. The room was below average, the bed was old and the mattress was not at all soft. The pillows were unclean. The ac was working and the tv is a smart one. Other than that there's nothing good about the place. The bathroom seemed very old and untidy. The hot water was working though. Overall it's a 2 star place and not at all worth it. I didn't opt for the food here

familyWe booked two room in an unsold apartment complex falsely marketed as resort for our weekend outing. The lady at the reception is extremely unreasonable. Bedsheets were dirty and only one thr hall has ac and the bedroom does not have an ac. It is so bad that the bathroom doesn't even have lights. Please don't book this place at any cost. The employees of this place behave as if they are helpless due to owner. Very very very bad. Even the food is bad. Never going there again.

Dear Madam, Thanks for the valuable feedback.The Reason behind this Review is that late night you had came after that you said that you want to see the rooms you had taken the keys of the rooms you had not completed the checkin procedure and you want to use the other guest washrooms so Madam had not allowed that we had said that you can use your washrooms. We don't have a hall we have a family suite interconnected Double bed rooms.yes in family rooms the first rooms is Ac inside the second rooms is non ac with fan. None of our employees are helpless because of the owner because our owner is with us like a family. And about the food you had just taken the Tea and nothing else. Yes we can understand the situation that you had came late night but procedure is there mam you have to complete first the checkin procedure then only we can allow in the rooms and we cannot allow other guest rooms or washroom to use.Give a chnace to serve you better mam.visit again

Good: i stay on 20 may 23, with young children. Hotel rooms are spacious for a family, more than that owner lady manager is so pleased that he do best possible effort to get you feel comfortable. Include breaks-fast lunch dinner is more beneficial to get tasty meals unlimited. Swimming pool also kids friendly. Overall will visit again if go lonavala. Economical stay with meals. Bad: bedsheets not well cleaned. No toileterries at all. Bathroom geyser issue. And early checkout time 10 am. At-least make 12 pm.

the hotel was below average standard. we booked one ac deluxe room which was useless. it was feeling like a store room converted into room. the room was smelly and it was just near to their dining so it was noisy all the time. we didn't like the food though.
