So, we booked our stay here for the month of July. The resort is very big and has big lawns and gardens. Lush green everywhere. There is the Kosi river flowing in front of the resort. Anyone can get down from the stairs and take a bath in it. We went there every morning to take a dip. Water is shallow so less dangerous but the grip is always important in running water. The resort has a separate buffet area and lives food station area. Anyone can sit in the evening in the live station area and enjoy the food. Booze you can bring with you and have it inside the resort. There is a live singing session every evening. One can enjoy good oldies and can also request songs. Mohit Molliqui is an in-house singer at the resort. He plays there every evening. His voice is superb. The buffet spread is good and everything is delicious. Food is fresh and organic. Coming to rooms, they have four categories we booked the 3rd category rooms called riverside rooms. Fourth, the upper category is the tiger's den. Riverside rooms have a view of the river. In riverside rooms, there are 2 categories - 50 yards rooms and 0 yards rooms. We wanted to stay in a 0-yard room but couldn't get it as it was unavailable. But later realized both are equally superb. 50 yards rooms have a lawn in front then you can see the river. Rooms in 50-yard property are huge almost double the size of a 0-yard room. So if you are a group of 3 or 4 people go for 50-yard rooms. Otherwise, both categories are fine for a couple or a solo person. Bathrooms are fine, not luxurious. Simple in construction. Divider for the shower area, hot water is 24 hours. But we were not concerned about it as it was clean. Riverside rooms also have a sitting area in front of rooms with plenty of chairs and tables. 3 rooms on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All share a common sitting area. The swimming pool was closed because of Covid restrictions, so couldn't enjoy it. But there is no point in going to the swimming pool when you have a river flowing in front and hills surrounding you. The staff is always smiling and helpful. At the time of check-in, we met Kaif. He took care of the checkin and showed the rooms. Also helped us for safari booking. Very calm in nature and always taking care of our needs. Aman, at the dining area served us many times. He is quick and fast. He is a jolly kind of person. One of my friends, doesn't eat breads other than chapati/roti. So every day, chapatis with desi ghee was arranged for him by the staff. One improvement can be done, many people are at work from home and they are able to enjoy this luxury. So wifi connectivity could be improved. Signals do come but there are not reliable. One should bring dongle or wifi device for meetings and work stuff. Admin area has good wifi connectivity. One can visit and finish their work. Staff is always welcoming for any demands. Even in july, hottest and rainy month of india, we enjoyed it to the fullest. Loved every bit of the stay. Everything was neat and clean.

To start with the place is just awwwww. You will not regret for a second if you are staying there. Property: the property is built in 22 acres with trees and gardens all around. The best part is the river bed which is inside the property and accessible. Common areas: parking, walk area spread across km's, swimming pool, 2 restaurants, games room, kids play area, activities area, riverside seating and swings. Rooms: 1. Tiger den: this is the most premium room at the property, suitable for a group or a get together. 2. Riverfront: this offers the best view from the room. The rooms themselves are decent, not the best in luxury, but it's the view you don't want to miss. Located infront of river and mountains at a distance of 100m. As the evening comes closer, the lights adds to the magic of its beauty. The sound of water, peace, swings, star gazing are a few things you don't want to miss here. Food: do cover food in your package itself else it will cost you a little more. The taste is damn good (apart from the starters) and the buffet offers you ample number of items. The property doesn't server alcohol or cocktails. Overall, this is the place you need to book when in jim corbett at-least for a day.

Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is near dhikuli. And the approach is very convenient. The play area, open barbecue zone and the walk down to the river are all a great experience. At the Riverside By Aahma, we stayed in a riverside room and we believe we could not have made a better decision. Room was spacious, nicely done, clean, with ample amenities and great views. We immensely loved and enjoyed the walk to the riverside and the play areas. Also, the kumaoni food on the menu deserves a special mention and gratitude for its taste and freshness. Do try the local kumaoni menu, especially the black dal, mustard raita and ragi rotis. The room service was timely and the staff was very courteous. We would definitely want to book and visit again. Still our favorite, fourth time. We have a special association with aahma ramnagar, serene, vast and beautiful landscapes. This was our fourth visit. Right next to crystal waters of kosi river. A private riverbank with high teas and barbecue live screen shows. . Our kids and us wanted to revisit our moments and we found that the aahma management has done a great job in maintaining and adding wonderful itineraries like adventure activities, sports and relaxation. The restaurant is having superb friendly staff. Mr. Jitendra at the restaurant personally served and designed the menu. Mr. Akbar the owner has done an excellent effort for the this beautiful resort. For a person looking to get away from the city madness and doesn't want to travel too far either, this was a perfect place to be at. The location is unparalleled. The serene and calm nature is tapped well and utilized fully in the overall landscaping of the place. Plenty of space for kids to run around plus pool facilities. The food is good too. Do not expect too many options at breakfast though. Lunch and dinner are delicious. Resort and Riverside By Aahma staff is very courteous and accommodating for any specific requests. The mornings are the best part of the day. This place is great to go with family or friends or even if you are solo. Loved the whole experience. Totally worth the price. Thank you.

Resort is huge with lawns facing Kosi River. River is just 100m from the resort. Service is good. Restaurant staff is very prompt and warm. Food spread is good with menu items not repeated the next day. Taste is also good. There were 1-2 marriages in the resort due to which lot of labourers swarmed the place in setting up the Pandals. This spoiled the peace of the place. Better check with the resort before booking for any planned marriages. Lots of kids activities are there. Kids room has well maintained indoor games while a separate kids lawn has slides etc. We played cricket in the open. Horse riding is available on chargeable basis. Overall, go there for peaceful rejuvenating stay.

Resort on the river bank with mountain on other side of river, great view. Play area and outdoor activities, kids enjoyed these. Swimming pool is of reasonable size. Both outdoor restaurant which serves barbecue and main restaurant are good. Breakfast was good with many variety of fruits, with mainly indian dishes. Polite and helping staff. Evening bird watching with professional naturalist, there are many variety of birds in the resort, one can spent hours if interested in bird watching. Overall very good experience.

Stayed with family. The location is great, next to kosi river. Resort is well maintained. However, two areas of improvement : food is below average, especially lunch and dinner. Second, the rooms lack any touch of luxury or coziness. The room interior is very basic, would remind you of rail yatri nivas or alike. I stayed in deluxe room, which is their middle category for about 9000- per night. Expected better rooms. The staff and management is good and polite and helpful.

Fascinating place with superb hospitality!

The usp of this place is well spaced out and big rooms. Also, the resort lawn and riverside area is pretty big. This automatically allows social distancing. The staff is courteous and don a mask for most of the time. Sanitize r dispensers are installed at important places, but could have been at more places. There is no special effort to encourage the guests to wear masks or to aggressively sanitize all fomites. Room service was also not contactless.

River facing rooms are nice. One can spend hours in the resort in peace and quiet. Food is good, staff very helpful. Place has a rustic look, however basic amenities in the room need to be asked for; not available by default.

Enjoyable, awesome location, good staff, road are also good. Very happy.

More or less a good place to stay with Good ratings. Rooms are a bit dated but, location is wonderful and will make you forget about rooms. Food is also good though with limited choices. Best part is that they don't have bar and allow you to take your drinks anywhere anytime except for the pool. Kids and fun rooms are for namesake.

I went for 2 nights stay with a friend of mine. Our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good with a good selection. Location is outstanding. Having high tea with the river flowing on the side and taking walks with starry lit sky at night was the highlight. Their staff is very good and attentive. Had visited this property few years back. This time the experience was even better.

Everything was up to the mark, no regrets for booking this Resort. There is a need of gym. Kindly arrange if you can. One word for the stay mind blowing.
