Riverside Regency Resort

I checked in on 13th morning with my wife and child. The moment we arrived, front desk receptionist told us first, they will allot us AC room (we booked non AC only) for sometime and then they will change to non AC room. Since we wanted to get refreshed on the morning, I said ok and we moved into AC room (AC was turned off). After entering we realized room was not cleaned and smelly. So I requested for room change within 10 minutes of entering into room. To my surprise, the lady receptionist at front desk told, you already made the room ganda (dirty) and if we change the room you will make that room also ganda (dirty). I was shocked with her behavior and told her how on earth she can make such statement when we just entered the room and on top of that room is already smelly. Then after argument without telling me anything, she told the cleaning staff to go and bring their luggage and keep it here (at reception). How can she order like that without my consent to get my luggage at front office. Then again when I shouted, they allotted another non AC room. The behavior of front desk receptionist is terrible. Pros- Good room, swimming pool, nearby Baga and budget Riverside Regency Resort. Cons- Not much of options in the breakfast which was included in the booking price. Food is highly priced and not much of options. No in room dining facility and restaurant gets closed by night 11 PM. There are no facilities after night 11, so if you are going with children, be prepared to keep everything with you. My daughter has fell down in the room while playing and got injured but no one bothered when I went and told at reception.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Nearly half kilometer from baga beach. First day, we went to beach by walk and hired a bike after that. The Riverside Regency Resort was neat, staffs are friendly. We had a peaceful stay. Most of the guests are foreigners. Restaurant food was so good. Little costly. Had good time in swimming pool. My two year old daughter enjoyed in kids pool. I strongly recommend this Riverside Regency Resort. We were staying on March first week.

Riverside Resort is a good option for stay. It's very close to the beach. The rooms are good. Opt for an AC room, non AC rooms are comparatively dull looking. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast doesn't have much variety but quality of food is really good. Cordial staff and clean resort. Overall a good stay and a good experience.

I stayed just for one day and after my check out my cab arrived 4 hours late. They very kindly allowed me not just to wait by the pool and relax but also use the pool. Very customer centric staff. One of my best experiences for sure. When I come back to Goa I am surely going stay at same place.

The ac rooms are good the ones with the fan only are bit old and shabby overall property is good with good view and ambience bit expensive though location is bit remote if u have a vehicle not an issue feels safe even if u come late at night

Very decent room and walkable distance to brittos restaurant and baga beach. I strongly recommend this Riverside Regency Resort to everyone. Dont keep any doubts in your mind, happily you can book the rooms. Trust me. You wont disappoint.

For the money u pay i think its little over expensive, as they dont provide some basic needs like tooth brush, paste, creams. Rooms are big and good but since they missed basic things im giving rating 3. 5/5

Nice stay and location, near from Baga Beach, room size is specious only new building rooms is good old building rooms not good, delicious breakfast overall good experience.

Best location & room is also very specific & swimming pool is too good & Riverside Regency Resort is very hegenic

The quality of food isn't good.

It’s an affordable resort very peaceful place and clean swimming pool. Furniture in the rooms are not up to the mark. Bathroom is clean but not very luxurious.
