Its conveniently located property in the middle of panjim city. Good surrounding good rooms. This is not a traditional tourist location for beach seekers

The customer service was rediculous, they are not bothered about the customer satisfaction but stay as per the rules and regulations which is in just favour of them. they charge extra for everything half day charges that they took from me. and even lesser through make my trip which is around 3700. The manager was literally avoiding the talk by just saying u have arrived early and so even if the rooms are vacant you will have to pay the amount, which seemed rediculous .Its not juat about the money but they are really loosing on people by such arrogant behaviour. regarding free breakfast they are charging , it does not meet any standards at all and is really tasteless except for the watermelon juice And i request the guests to not stay there in rainy season as the rooms get filled with rain water and by the time you go out and come ,u will see a mess. and then they make u change the room in between. Dear Management team, please note that if the customer is not happy, you are the people in loss , customer will definitely bear the loss ,when you blackmail saying they will cut the amount from your staff salary, which is a very wrong attitude and should not be promoted. they are your staff . And please note that there are very very good and cost effective option for stay in Panjim other than yours. You are the one losing on customers.

I had taken room with complimentary breakfast on 19 th April. I checked out of the room at 4 am as I had an early flight. Since I reached the hotel on 19 th at 10 am , I requested to get the complimentary breakfast on 19 th itself as I wasn’t going to avail of it on 20th morning. However the hotel staff refused and I had to pay 1400 rupees for 4 people’s breakfast. The breakfast is limited, is served in the open with flies. The rooms are very small. Only the view is good

Same breakfast for all days. DO NOT VISIT. Pathetic service. Zero room service available. Food is Pathetic. We asked for cutlery and the hotel did not provide us at 11:30 pm in the night stating they dont have cutlery and their policies dont allow us. Managing committee and Overall the whole staff was not at all pleasant or helpful. Zero cooperation. Worst stay ever. The prices charged are super hight for NOTHING at all. The Staff asked us to pay only online without any notice of not accepting cash. Breakfast area was not Clean at all. The breakfast served is stale & pathetic in taste.

Excellent location in d heart of panjim view is very good. The rooms are newly renovated so in avery good condition but the room sizes are bit small. The only drawback is d breakfast as they have just 2 items daily in breakfast poha n pooribhaji which makes it boring if your staying for 2 or more days

Nice place for short time food was good and location is also good overall i suggest this place for stay.
