Riverwalk | Rooms in a Homestay

The riverwalk i would say is not a homestay, it is rather an eco resort very close to a river stream in marchula. The last 500 metres is a difficult terrain, like offroading. To reach the resort, you have to walk around 300 metres, including crossing a suspension bridge on foot. There are six rooms, each with a view and attached bathroom. There are no tvs in the room and network is limited. The staff and food are amazing. Although there are not many activities that you could do in the resort, one can always go for short treks or walk a few minutes to reach the stream. This location is far away from the market or other popular resorts. I would suggest it is great for people who want to unwind completely and are happy just staying in room or spending sometime. Walking or enjoying in the stream. Best for couples or friend groups. Elderly should avoid it completely. Children activities too limited. Please also note that accessing the resort in monssona is not a great idea. Overall i would rate it four out of five. Thanks to the team there for making our stay pleasant.

I got a chance to stay at the riverwalk last weekend. I must stay that was one of my decisions to book this property for my vacation. I went there with my friends for a detox and we weren't disappointed. Perfecf location, perfect property, top notch food, top notch service, quality rooms, everything was just great. We'll surely revisit next year. Do spend some time near the river if you are visiting the place and go for a walk towards the jungle and you might get a chance to see wild elephants like we did.

The property does not have easy access and is approachable only on foot. One needs to cross a bridge and wall over a trail to reach the main gate. The stay is a cute place with only 6 rooms and amenities like a lawn, sections for indoor games, and a restaurant area. It overlooks some amazing views of the kosi river, where you can go for a quick dip. The food is decent and they will customize it to your palette.

Well initially i was a little skeptical about the stay. But it turned out just perfect for us. The staff was really helpful, well mannered, and on fulfilling all your decent requests. They helped me make my husband's birthday arrangement possible. With scenic beauty to a calm environment, to friendly staff everything was just perfect. I will recommend this place to whoever wants to have a romantic getaway.

Stay was superb. This stay got a superb scenic beauty and very good host. Naresh and bi-jay make our stay memorable. The food was good and had many options. Rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy. You need to walk uphill to reach the location. But they provided help for our luggage or for the transport needed for our safari. From there, durga devi gate was 30 min drive. It was our memorable stay.

The property is at a very nice location with river side views and access. Food is great and have a great variety. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay from hustles of life. Would like to visit again

It is a lovely small property with excellent views and courteous staff. Riverbank is at a walking distance from the homestay.
