i didnt find comfortable on this tour bcz and also because of driver i was late by 4 hours

The hotel staff was good. They provided me early check in. The room was ok. Cleanliness was also fine.

Compared to the price, the value for money was good, and it was best in these areas. Hospitality was good; only the room size was too small.

staff is very bed not very very bed and is not adustable in situation very bad hotel

Hotel management was not following there responsibilities properly, we have to tell them that they should clean and change the bed sheets arrange more pillows. Even AC was not running timely we have to tell them always to open AC . Hotell staff must ask for basic need if we want. Not even a water bottle was being given timely. Irresponsible behavior. Lift was stuck in between. I request Hotel Management to work on these issue . Though these issue seems to be small, but creates bad impressions for the name of Hotell

AC not cooling Gyser not working Basin Jam. Over all not satisfied with the room. Next time will not prefer

pls don't stay here I request sabhi ko bht ganda hotel h , vaha ka manager toh bhaishab dumb h bht , rude h , khuch nhi krta bs salary k lie bhth rkha h udhr 20 30 k ki something yh idk

I got all the informations about r k inn lucknow from make my trip and after booking from mm t my real experience was as good as informed here, specially about location and service.

Poor hygiene, cleaning not good. Location is good. No any complementary items provided. Staff behaviours is very good.

Very small room, when told staff they didnt response thats why same day i check ot that hotel, same day at evening i leave hotel

booking karke check in karne par non ac room provide karte hai jabki booking par ac wala room dikhate hai jyada paise lene ke liye same room same customer se different different charge kiya jata hai

The rooms were small and smelling. The bedsheet didn't look clean and the semi deluxe room bed is quite tiny.

Everything is good but there is no kitchen in hotel, so every food is purchased by outside. So quality of food is not good.

The way this hotel was opened, i stay there even today. But these people are not able to maintain the quality. The shower head in the bathroom is not serviced. There is no proper maintenance of the rooms. The entrances are becoming clean but the condition of the rooms is becoming very bad.
