Listing below certain pros and cons of the RKN Grand Hotel pros: 1. Located in the center of the city with easy access to railway station and bus station. 2. Rooms are new and well kept. 3. The RKN Grand Hotel restaurant (sunflower) is the real deal. Serves excellent food with reasonable prices. 4. The RKN Grand Hotel has ample amount of parking space. Cons: 1. No option for early check-in. Plan your journey keeping in mind that the rooms will only be available at the check-in time. Confirm the check-in time before booking it online since the reception staff told us that for booking the check-in time is 2pm, which is simply ridiculous. 2. The bedsheets were stained and not cleaned properly. 3. The room has a cooler which looks like a mini fridge. Never saw it any other RKN Grand Hotel. It will not solve any purpose.

The RKN Grand Hotel was nice and maintained well. Housekeeping was done daily during our 2 day stay. We were in occupying 2 rooms, of different types and both were comfortable. The nice part was also the location, right in central of city on anna salai msn road with all happening spots and heritage town nearby. Even when traveling to other places in outskirts good connectivity was available. 24 hour coffee was plus, though would recommend dining out since all of city’s cool restaurants are nearby anyways. The availability of alcohol as room service with nominal pricing too would be plus for bachelors, but personally couldn’t use this facility due to family travel.

Location of the RKN Grand Hotel is good, however we have to be careful while reaching there as the RKN Grand Hotel has the name of its restaurant - sunflower restaurant written in bold and big letters instead of the the name of the RKN Grand Hotel, ie, r kn grand. Moreover, there are multiple RKN Grand Hotel r kn grand in pondicherry and hence while commuting in autos locally, we have to be extra cautious on which RKN Grand Hotel are we referring to

It’s in the middle of the city, and most places are easily accessible from there. There is a vegetarian restaurant below as well as plenty of eateries nearby. The rooms were clean. However the rooms aren’t fully sound proof and we could hear noises from the hallway which disturbed our sleep. But it was sorted when we informed the front desk. Overall would recommend this RKN Grand Hotel to others.

R kn grand RKN Grand Hotel is very well located. It is 2-3 kms from white town, rock beach and promenade. We did not try the food, but there is a pure veg restaurant in the RKN Grand Hotel which looked good from the outside. The RKN Grand Hotel looked newly built and had good hygiene standards. Washrooms and rooms were very clean and proper. All in all a good stay!

Location was very near to rock beach and all the popular places in pondicherry. Food taste was satisfying, staff were really friendly and provided us the requested services. Wifi was not available throughout our stay due to connection issues. Overall it was a very satisfactory stay experience!

The property is at a prime location with easy access to important places in pondicherry. The rooms are neat and clean and enough for a couple or small family. The restaurant is too good. Enough parking space for the RKN Grand Hotel. Overall had a very good stay in pondicherry.

The stay at the RKN Grand Hotel was more than value for money. The room was spacious, washroom was pretty clean and was well maintained, kind of new. The food prices at the RKN Grand Hotel was also relatively cheap. Loved the stay there.

Rooms and facilities are excellent in the budget. But staff response needs to be improved. Washroom and rooms are neat and clean.

check in was very quick, took care of everything. very clean but a lil bit of old furniture odor apart from that, everything is cool. went to RKN Grand Hotel downstairs and the experience was good.

Room was neat & clean we booked a premium suite it was much spacious & it was located in between the market place yet still there's no noise problem but the only thing it was a pure veg RKN Grand Hotel & service was not much good

The stay was good. Staff were courteous. They have big parking space, the entry of the parking is narrow, one has to be careful. Big suvs can enter. In-house restaurant. Food quality was good. Location is good. You can get almost everything near to the RKN Grand Hotel.
