Neat and clean stay with pleasant

The location is the usp. Rooms are clean and neat. They dont have a restaurant, they serve breakfast in a different location which is 100 meters away.

The stay with this hotel has neat and clean rooms you can get the good food surrounding this hotel. this hotel doesn't have a restaurant facility the property located in the center of the city

The location is excellent as it are right in the center of anna nagar. Amenities are good and room is spacious.

The stay was comfortable. The room was clean and lift is properly working. The location is also near to the main road and the market is very nearby. The only drawback is that the service is slow for water or cleaning. You have to keep requesting for these things regularly.

For room 5* but service needs to improve, even drinking water bottle not available in room, secondly, actual room tarrif

I recently stayed at r kn homes anna nagar, was quite disappointed with cleanliness! the floor had visible dirt, and the restroom was too bad n smells! i reported the issues to the front desk, they gave the room fresher instead of changing the room! the hotel should ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive! overall my experience at r kn was below expectations due to the cleanliness issues!

Receptionist had very bad arrogance. Not willing to give room booked, stating there is no triple occupancy.

The room is good and neat. However no food service and even the tea maker was not working. Location is good so you have access to restaurants closeby.

Stayed for 2 days. Hygeinic and spacious rooms. Very good location with all facilities. Car parking facility available

The room was good. It was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is good. Receptionist is very friendly. Nice place to stay in a main area. A bit costly, but the room was very good.

Everyone is very polite and helpful in r kn homes. We have very nice veg restaurants near by (gowri krishna.

Doesn't have a restaurant, but location is very good. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Even though we were family and this is more apt for corporate and business stay. But rooms are nice clean and amply spacious

Quite at ease. Staff were very courteous, accommodative. Will recommend it to all, who prefer staying for comfort, easy access to metro, and other shopping. All are close by, walk 5 minutes

Decor is good. But it was smelly. Cigrate smell was all around opened the windows and mosquitos creep-ed in

Pleasant stay in anna nagar, the room is neat and clean and place is very calm. Rajesh and sudhakar taken care very well. I requested for the late check-out and they arranged that immediately. It was a fantastic stay inside the city.

I can't stay further at r kn homes because yesterday night around 10 pm i asked for packed waters bottles they denied for they replied that all staff sleeping. This is ridiculous
