Hi the property is good food was excellant location is also food but the hotel facilies was very poor specially parking rest is ok

Excellent property and service. Room was clean and food was good. We had a peaceful stay for 2 days and spent good time on beach. Prompt service, We requested for extra blanket and pillow and received it within 5 mins. Restraunt food was also good and reasonably priced.

Sea-side, private beach, 100 acre area, peacocks are around, purely nature and you, very good service. rooms are very okayish, entry exit roads are through villages so in night a bit difficult to find

The resort was good with facilities from the outside. But, it had a few drawbacks as well. Pros: 1. Very near to the beach 2. ⁠Nature loving people can enjoy. We saw peacocks as well. 3. ⁠Good receiving and prompt responses by the staff. 4. ⁠Housekeeping staff was good, they did their work as expected. 5. ⁠Well maintained swimming pool Cons: 1. Rooms seemed ok but, the washroom door was a sliding door that doesn’t shut properly. The smell of the washrooms spreads all over the room because there is no proper ventilation. 2. ⁠Wifi was available only near the reception. 3. ⁠There is no option nearby other than ordering at the hotel because of the location. However, the food ordered at the hotel was fine. Just that there were limited options for lunch/dinner. Would I suggest this place for someone? Yes. But, the management should still work on the maintenance of the rooms.

The stay was no-fuss arrangement. AC were working, bathroom, sheets all were clean, room service was good. Staff was helpful.

Everything is perfect, only bit costlier

The property is very good but looks old. The staff is nice. Food is not that great. Toilet mirror give a faded look. Need replacement. Overall is not ok for that price

Good resort with excellent private beach. Variety of options on. Food. Rooms are very much comfortable and clean. Can find peacocks in resort near shore. Good place for family.

little far from temple but worth it view from the hotel is amazing lush green lawn and sea view and pool food though was spoiler didn't like much

Had an awesome stay with private access to clean beach resort and rooms and spacious and well planned. Enjoyed walking along beach. Staff are exceptionally courteous and very prompt cleaning. Liked the concept of day time all women staff. I think management needs to seriously consider modernising improvements like lift, doors & washroom. Has very good potential if taken care

The resort is poorly maintained. Bugs and insects all over the place during night( can't have a peaceful walk to your room from reception)and some insects were found inside the cupboards, beds and sofa. Broken door latches, very dirty screens. The rooms and bathrooms were stinky. No buffet breakfast. We were provided only idly, dosa, upma and vada for breakfast. Omlette were charged and we had to fight with their gm to get it free. chutney that was severed was old and it was spoiled too. The food tasted horrible.

It was a perfect and worthy compliance

Property - it’s a five star level property. Some of the areas require maintenance - which was being carried out during our stay. Location - it opens to a beach (almost like a private beach) with little or no outsiders. A spectacular view of ocean with sunset can be witnessed. Food - limited options in breakfast. Taste is average. Sugar is added in almost every dish. Amenities - basic adults & kids swimming pool, shower & changing rooms are available. Requires maintenance. Ample parking space. There is a small temple with local deities in the vicinity. Services - staff is attentive & cooperative. They are locals with a very basic training. You need to clearly tell them your requirements & they’ll oblige. Overall a value for money, very good property.

Very old infrastructure, rooms are not good. Ac doesn't work properly, food is very costly for dinner as there is no nearby restaurants, quality of food is not good as we faced stomach upset. Poor service. Swimming pool was full of flies and insects. Bedding was not clean, was itching.

Our stay at runs was nothing short of awesomeness. The proximity to murdeshwar temple and other place of interest is perfect. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Food and breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding. All in all it was a 5 star experience

Old property, not maintained well. No buffet breakfast. Taste and quality of breakfast is not up to mark. Not worth for money we paid.

This is great hotel with all facilities, clean rooms and clean pool. Food is also good. only things are it's far from town, so walking outside is not possible and at least should have indoor games.

The location of the property is great, but the building is very old. A few things are not working. The staff are not friendly. They are very lazy and rude.

Clean property, good food, courteous staff! usp is they've private access to the beach which is guarded by security.
