familyThe location is bad, its at height and inaccessible for most people. The staff was supposed to be helping but they lacked basic hospitality. We asked for multiple stuff to cook ourselves but they didn't provide any support. Although after contacting the manager gets work done. The ambience inside and outside the villa is awesome, but the area surrounding is lonely at night and feels errie. They have multiple properties so book anyone which is not at height.

familyI was really disappointed with the property and worst of all was the callus attitude of the care taking staff. 1. This place is nowhere near the mall road. It is at good uphill location which is impossible to manage with senior citizens and small kids. 2. Apart from a few instagram worthy corners, most of the property is dark, dingy and smelly. 3. The support staff is really uncooperative. 4. The food options for breakfast, which was complimentary are very limited, the cook said no to most of the options we requested.
