Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Rock Manali By Vivaan (Centrally heated River side Resort). Everything about the Rock Manali By Vivaan (Centrally heated River side Resort) was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The mountain view from the Rock Manali By Vivaan (Centrally heated River side Resort) is exceptional. But, garden view rooms don’t have a view at all. Breakfast was quite good on all days but dinner was average with food being too oily. Room service can be improved a little as the staff doesn’t refill the shampoo and body soap without reminder. The rooms had hot and cold ac, so stay would be comfortable in even harsh weather weather. Billiards table, carrom and slides are there for all age groups to enjoy. Overall, it’s a good place with good location with little things to improve.

We travel-led from kaza to manali. After a 16hr long day/drive. We wanted a place that is right on the highway, has good food and a comfortable bed. Rock manali by vivaan gave us all of this. Cherry on the cake was the lawn and kids play area. We could relax while the kids played and had fun the next morning
