Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype

We were a family of 7, including senior citizens and children, who chose this villa for a peaceful staycation based on the appealing pictures The main highlight that caught our attention was the Jacuzzi, prominently featured in the first photo — naturally, we assumed it was included in the package. However, on arrival, we were informed that the Jacuzzi was chargeable. When we raised our concern, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive, telling us to take it up and demanding extra payment if we wanted to use it. Given we had already arrived and didn’t want to distress the elderly and kids, we stayed on. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was far below expectations: 1. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the pool — totally unhygienic. 2. Bathroom had almost no water pressure; the shower only drizzled. 3. Sink and toilet pot were broken, which made basic use uncomfortable. 4. Bedding was in terrible condition — bedsheets, blankets, and pillows all had visible stains and an unpleasant smell. 5. Even the towels provided were stinking and clearly not freshly laundered. Overall, this property was poorly maintained and definitely not suitable for a comfortable or relaxing stay. Would not recommend, especially for families with children or elderly members.
