Rockside Resort

It is very off-road, difficult to reach even by car. Services and food options are very average and limited. It is not a resort at all.

The property is very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The food served was fresh, hot and delicious. All th staffs are very well behaved, cordial and helpful. A little offroad but worth it. The staff were very good and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The environment was very peaceful. There's also separate spaces for bonfire though we didn't use it. The food was really good...and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Rooms are well kept with basic but neat and clean amenities. Food is good. Breakfast is fabulous both in quality and quantity. Staff are always smiling

The location of the resort is breath taking. The service was excellent and everyone was very welcoming. Good food, good vibes only. Looking forward to visit again.

My experience did not meet my expectations. Property is too far from main road. Poor road conditions. Swimming pool was not well maintained.

Resort is new, staff was polite, room given to us was big.only problem is the location which is very far and away from main road and the approach is very bad.

Room price was too high compared to the room and facility we got. It must be around 2k max per day instead of 5k which was charged from me. Makemytrip should verify the facilities properly before assigning any price to maintain customer's trust.

The property is nice but its at little isolated area. The roads to reach the resort are very very poor. Not accessible to anything. Very far away from market as well. Staff is also very limited.

Staff persons are so cooperative, property is good lush green, tranquil all although what we need ! this made us best stay

The location is little remote and road condition is not good but when we reached the resort we felt it’s worth travel-ling by via the this route as it’s a beautiful location with 360 degree open view and the resort is in the middle of the valley and they provide every facility whichever is possible at this remote location. The staffs are very helpful and service is also very good and also very well maintained property

Terrible experience in rockside resort. It was like a nightmare of my life. No power was available whole time during the stay. Can't even charge my phone. Transportation facility was worst there it was like a remote jungle. No taxi was willing to go there. This resort should be blacklisted from makemytrip.

The Rockside Resort Hotel is Ok.but the location is horrible.Very very very Interior.The staff are good.but no Wifi.no TV. in the evening u can't move out of the place.

The resort is not having the minimum infrastructure like- not having any tv in room. Not having generator for power failure back up. Not having a proper road for approx 1 km to reach the resort water availability problem

Horrible stay at rockside resort. Terrible road. Extremely dirty property. Bathroom is stinking. No electricity throughout the night. Over priced. Wouldn't suggest anyone.

It was my worst experience ever. The hotel was located at an area where no approach road was there. No sign boards of hotel to tell the route and even gps was not avaiy at that location. The owner had not appointed staff to serve except one boy for both cooking and housekeeping. Remote location, property without boundary walls. No exhaust in wash rooms, no intercom facility, no power back up and light gets off quite frequently. If you are a family, you should not even think of it, otherwise your trip would be a terrible experience. The two nights stay for me and my friends family was worst experience also responsible for not verifying the location and amenities details of the hotels before uploading on their sight
