A/C is not working properly and getting noise from outside

We stayed In rohans medavakkam and had a bad experience with amenities,bathroom was not maintained well and soap and shampoo containers were empty ...when we asked for toiletries they just gave paste and soap even not shampoo...we booked property at price of 1900+ and 300 they charged extra for single queen bed eve though there is no refreshments like milk powder of green tea sachets and the kettle is not working very pathetic stay and flush wash not working properly but we have complained about flush my morning only since it is late night but very over rated for this price

Very Good Staff Behaviour, Room maintenance is so good. Toilet and Bathroom neatly maintained. Wi-Fi also working good and Television working good with Internet we can access android apps in it. Most important beautiful room with amazing bed

The room is clean and well maintained. Very satisfied, I will recommend it to others who are looking for a business hotel in Medavakkam.

Good location, neat and clean rooms.

Worst Staff, they allowed only two people over priced for two people

There were no toiletries that were the only thing missing, rest everything is fine

Worst experience ever! and they dumped us in a filthy top-floor room beside the terrace, garbage area, and servant quarters. When we asked for a proper room, they admitted the 2nd-floor rooms are only given to direct bookings, not MMT customers. Absolute discrimination! On top of that, they refused to provide even plates and spoons when we ordered food from outside. Terrible attitude, pathetic service, Never booking this place again
