We have booked the hotel for three adults, but they have not provided tea bags, milk pouch, toothbrushes kit for three adults, everything provided only for one adult. They provide RO water instead of mineral water.

Horrible experience with Management staffs.

Location is fine. Service was terrible. Opted for a deluxe room. Which clearly mentioned it comes with a King size bed or two single beds. But they provided me a room with twin bed, despite several requests to provide me a King size bed, the managmlement denied and that ibhave to pay extra 1K for a King Bed, neither the are cancelling my booking since they could not provide me whay is mentioned in my booking. The funny part was when i requested to join the bed and lay a king size bedsheet, the management still denied to do that. They wanted to make sure to loot some money and forced me to upgrade to superior rooms. After charging me another 1K extra, this people gave me a room of the same type.. joining two single beds with a king size bed sheet.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Amenities are good. Like bedsheets soaps kettle etc, everything was good, not old and cheap looking. Food esp their breakfast spread's good. Its 5 min walk ftom veterinary college and close to meghalaya border. But 45 mins to airport and market area is min 3 kms away.
