very bad poor sarvice washroom me na to nal kam karta hai na flash na room ka tv chalta hai na charging point sb kharab hai

Property was just okay but needs to be properly maintained and must work on quality of food.

Our booked room is already issued to other hence we are waiting 30 minutes late to provide room and another room provided not as per booking, no clean, toilet very dirty and there is no soap, handwashing and towels. Overall my booking experience is very bad as compare to another booking provider

Call reception to turn geyser on. Oh receptionist wont pick your call, you have to call their personal number provided in menu card which was not written properly. Floor mat is very dirty. Toilet flush is a problem

Hotel staff is very good and cooperative and their is parking spaces also available and nearest to the nani lake naina devi temple and many more things

Below are the points which i faced during my stay. 1. Boas smell all over the floor and in room 2. Bathroom basic kit were missing like small tooth paste, bath soap, shampoo 3. Food quality was not good as per price taken 4. Tv was having only one channel 5. They stopped geyser in evening, i requested them to turn on geyser to use hot water. 6. Same happened in the morning around 8 am again they turned off the geyser to use hot water, i was lucky that before that i took a bath i will never recommend staying this hotel

Very good location to stay and the lake view is osm. Good service and cleaning. Food is also cheaper than outside and tasty.

Overall room was good and also view is very good from the balcony but getting issue with geyser and not get warm water. Otherwise everything is good

We booked around 9pm, we went around 10.30pm n hotel person said we don’t accept the booking in that night , they would have told or called after booking made. In the night it was horrible for me to search

Toilets are uncleaned, rooms are very suffocated, none of electronic equipments were working specially geyser. No else

They did not provided the hot water which was asked for bathing. Clealiness was another issue.

I just wanted to sleep in night, in that case i booked this stay… now i wont recommend it to even solo traveller, lack even lockers or cupboard to keep luggage… though vickky manager is helpful…

My friends came from farrukhabad/hastinapur they are very disappointed. Door lock, geyser is not working. Receptionist behaviour is very bad. Food is very costly and tasteless.

The hotel service is very bad even they don’t deliver water on time

The guy i met there he don’t know about anything and it’s not for travelers the listed dormitory for drivers i went there and came back in ten minutes it’s that horrible they don’t change linens and simply said to me that just sleep here
