i recently stayed at the roland Roland Hotel emerald suite guest house for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. here's a breakdown of my stay: *room and facilities* the room at the emerald suite was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which i truly appreciated. the guest house itself is part of the roland Roland Hotel but is located in a separate building, a few houses away. while this separation offered a sense of privacy, it also made accessing the main Roland Hotel facilities less convenient. dining experience i decided to try lunch at the roland Roland Hotel, which was a bit of a letdown. the restaurant was surprisingly empty—almost as if it had been opened just for me because i was staying at the Roland Hotel. unfortunately, the food was average at best, and the service left much to be desired. for dinner and breakfast the next day, i opted to use zomato for delivery, which turned out to be a more satisfying choice. *service and hospitality* a highlight of my stay was the caretaker at the guest house, an elderly gentleman who was warm, helpful, and always attentive. his dedication to a comfortable stay made a significant difference and deserves special mention. *overall impression* while the emerald suite guest house has its charm with spacious rooms and a friendly caretaker, the dining experience and service at the Roland Hotel itself could use improvement. if you're looking for a cosy stay with the option to arrange meals separately, this guest house might still be a reasonable choice.

Pros 1. Located In a good vicinity with proper connect with city 2. Staff is good and efficient 3. They are quite accommodating and let us check out late 4. Room is pretty decent Cons 1. Constant happening sound during our stay. It was not informed to us regarding the construction work. 2. Front desk is polite in person, but on the phone they need to fine tune their behavior 3. Food is just horrible and I think it's stale most days. Overall good and economic option for a short stay close to park street area.

My stay was really best I wod say, the staff, security all member was really helpful as well respectful I will love to come and stay here wen I visit Kolkata all the destinations was nearby and each to reach Roland Hotel I was amazed with the service provided by the staff

The experience was great. I got to stay at a good room. The facilities seemed a bit old but it was okay. The staff were great. The deliveries were taken to your room. Which was nice.

Location is good, taken dinner but food was so - so, drinking water should not sufficient. Room service is good
