We late checked in but no rooms were clean. Floors were dirty. Rooms were like hot furnace. AC was not even working for 2 days. Repair attempted 2 times but still issue was not resolved.only on 3rd day at night it worked.even the ceiling fan was too slow no knob to adjust the speed. Only mini fridge was working and rooms were big so gave 2 stars.

Because pillow is not clean bed sheet is not clean it's smelling too much and there is no WiFi connection it has mentioned in property description and no cleaning staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here.The location was very convenient and easy access to beach . The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. I also liked the food, The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made the overall experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place.

road near property is very narrow. only one car can travel by this road. might be possibility to stuck car in that road. we ordered food and we recieved non veg food instead of veg that we ordered. service- staff attitude is not good. they are arrogant. if we complain thy never take it and give excuses
