A2B Residency Ooty

Had a very good stay for a couple of days at A2B Residency. The A2B Residency Ooty is centrally located which is a huge plus as you can just walk to many attractions or take an auto rickshaw. The A2B restaurant is also located directly downstairs, and the street has restaurant and food options for almost everyone. There is car parking available but in limited capacity. Thanks to the security, was able to park car in a secure spot for an entire day. The frontdesk was also very helpful in arranging taxi for local and nearby sightseeing. The taxi was bang on time and was very accommodating of our customized request. The room itself was neat and bed can easily fit a family with a kid. The bathroom was very good with hot water always available on tap. The balcony is not that much of use but for the location and price, can't expect much. The bed was comfy and there were some minor stains in the bedsheet but they weI don't know if the A2B Residency Ooty has central heat but did feel a bit hot sometimes and opening the balcony doors cooled the room quickly. A tower fan is also provided. Overall a very good stay and the A2B Residency Ooty is very value for the money.

Amazing stay at ab, excellent experience and location is amazing as it's in the market area where you will get all the things nearby. I have seen lots of reviews where they were saying parking is a problem but i went on christmas day where crowd is huge still they made the parking space for me. Excellent experience with my family though room is small but clean and tidy room. We enjoyed a lot our 2 days trip.

Hotel is at prime location , city center. Most of the tourist attractions near by the A2B Residency Ooty in range of 2 to 3 km. Room was good (Gold) but hot water in bathroom comes late. Staff was very kind and helpful. Guided well for all tourist locations. Buffet food was not available in complimentary breakfast but food quality and taste was good.

Property was very clean and loving, also location was at centre of the city, so had everything near by. A2B restaurant as everyone know is one of the best is available on the ground floor itself. Everything including cab for tour was provided or made available to us on request. So this was my was best A2B Residency Ooty during the entire trip.

it's the most sought after restaurant by most tourists as its always crowded mainly due to its central location and food quality and variety. Room service/ house keeping staff also are very cordial. special mention to Mr. Kingsley ( at the reception) who is very very polite and friendly. overall experience was superb.

Neat and clean rooms. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. House keeping called me on my mobile phone every day if i need the room cleaned up. The a2b resturant is just ine floor down and you can go to thew restaurant for food or you can order for room delivery.

Hotel location is ideal if you wish to walk around for local food and shopping. Rooms were well decorated and comfortable. Don't expect great/any views from windows and balcony.

Rooms are clean. Service was very good. Staff is very cooperative. Food quality in the restaurant is excellent.

we had great experience.Everything was clean.staff was good it helped us with all the toiletries and water .There was hot water inside for all the time.

Location was ideal. The food at the restaurant was good but service was not. parking will not be adequate during peak season

For checkin they make me to wait for 20mins. That is one grievance i found which they want to improve.

Convenient and good location, easily accessible with car parking. Room was clean and good and responsive support staff

Everything was prefect expect no heater for cool weather

A2B staff dealings are neat. The receptionist was very helpful. Also rooms are clean and standard. The restaurant is quite busy.

Room and room service is good. Restaurant is too crowd. Better be early for breakfast and dinner. If possible opt for complimentary food. Hot water will come all the time

Very good experience, extremely well maintained the location is petrified for tourists n market is near, added advantage is their restaurant

In center of city and ultra clean rooms food was good staffs well behaved thanks for their services.
