Hard to find location, no facilities for pick and drop, rooms smells.

The stay at Mussoorie was nice and peace full.

Good environment and rooms, overall cleanliness was fine with some walls having moisture. For sure one of the good spots to stay

Owner of the hotel was so cooperative that he even helped us with local persons contact to make our journey more safe.

This hotel is 3 km away from library. And taxi could charge a lot for dropping. Be careful.

Hotel was budget friendly and beautiful view from the balcony.

Food was good, but room service can be improved

The hotel lacked basic cleanliness. The sheets were stained, the back rest of the bed was also stained, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and fungus growing in the corner. The geysers were not working in most of the room. We had to change the room thrice because of that. There was no facility of mineral water bottle and neither toilet paper rolls. These are basics and also no toiletries were provided. The hotel is far from the mall road and there is no view. The only facility that they provided is food and cab. Overall the hotel is avoidable.

Good stay. We went on weekdays and hotel was almost vacant.

I stayed there for a day and it was really comfortable. The hotel manager was very helpful in arranging a cab for us to go back at 3 am and also helped in sightseeing. Food was fine and the facilities were also good as per the price. Hotel is located in the centre of the city which is great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice experience at this hotel

I have stayed here for 2 days and I got a very beautiful experience.

Location of the hotel is near to mall Road which is one of the prime locations of Mussoorie. However, services of the hotel is slow and not up to the mark.

Hotel is average. The shortcomings of their promptness, professionalism and perfectness will get erased by their cozy hospitality and agility to serve you better. View of the Valley back Side from the top floor and roof was awesome! Food was average! Good scope to improvement is there!

The location was good and easily accessible. The staff was nice. Food was available at the property and it was tasty. The only issue was that there was no proper parking area available. Nice and clean room. Would recommend.
