Nice rooms for stay and good price with respect to the location of the Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker. Curteous staff. Good ambience in the evening. The location is in a very peaceful beach not over crowded or under crowded. Just the Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker location on google maps is a problem. It takes you to palolem beach instead of the real place which is patnem beach.

Stay was okay. I am not happy about the checkin time restrictions (12 pm to 12 pm. It really created problem for us to fresh-up in the morning. Also this property is 1 km away from the centre of city which is additional burden. Overall cleanliness and maintenance of property is okay. Thank you

As stated by many travelers, the hospitality of naveen ji was great, the room is around 800mts from the temple main gate which is walkable and rooms are also great with complimentary toiletries.

It was a well maintained place with caretaker addressing our need timely. Owner was there at our arrival to make our stay comfortable.

It is one of the good properties, great hosts and good facilities. I checked other properties as well around the area and i think this is one of the best for this price range
