The stay was not aligned with the mentioned facilities while booking except for room service. The tiles are broken in the rooms, bathrooms, and commodes around. The beds are okay, sheets weren't changed nor toiletries or towels were provided. No kettle. You have a running AC which seems like a blessing among these. There is no food facility nearby, prepare yourself to walk. For the price quoted, it's not worth.

Actually first impression was a best impression the outer look was not satisfied. But when we enter the room we were satisfied and they have to improve some of the facilities like hot water inside the room. Other than that its ok.

I found the property through online. Worst experience for me. The room was bad and not well maintained. The tiles on the wall are broken and hanging halfway which is very dangerous and no safety. Also the staff was very rude and not even provided the amenities mentioned in the site. I wont recommend the hotel. Waste of money

The room is located near the church. There is also a railway station nearby. The room is pleasant and clean. I feel the non-AC room is really hot and has little ventilation. The free Wi-Fi speed was adequate.

Roads are not good .!! Picture while booking hotel dose not match .!! Completely different .!! Price is too for one night

No provision of drinking water or no information, not providing towels and neat bedsheets. No room service. The only positive thing is that it is near to church. The stay here does not by any means justify it's high expense. no proper communication

Hotel room is good. But little expensive due to long holidays. No soap, towel. Hot water from outside. Helper assist ok. Around 700 m from basilica. Outside many food stalls. No need food at stay. Car parking is available.

Clean and good surroundings. Very near to church and calm and silent place. But very hot during this period. Ac rooms are must if you plan for a stay.
