Checked into the hotel at midnight, but they refused to let me stay, claiming they don’t accept bookings and haven’t for the past two years. I contacted the help desk, and your representative spoke to the manager, but he was unyielding. Since it was late, i had no choice but to take a room here. I want to formally register my negative experience. This place is not suitable for business travelers.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are neat. The metro station is near to the hotel therefore the access to the whole of kochi is nice

We were little septic about the safety standards but to my surprise they have provided new bed sheet blanket soap in front of us. The a/c is also very good. Rating 5 for the location. It is near metro near railway station.
