I really loved the location , staff who is friendly and they cleaned room very good , hot water availability is too good , room service is good totally I enjoyed the stay with safely

It was very rediculos for me , the owner’s behaviour was very cruel, I felt very imbrassed

It’s really good with peace environment the staff is very friendly and cooperative the area is good for near by Suvarna hotel where food is good

The bed was not cleaned ( the blanket and pillow cover were not washed) and I think they should at least provide batting equipment like soaps, toothpaste, toothbrush plus they should at least keep drinking water in the room. Their TV was also not working.

One problem. I need help. I reached hotel but is room is full. What happened. I need my money. So please refund

Good in Room Maintenance. Clean Room. in the price range....... but book only in make my trip. its better

I recently stayed at Akshay Residency, which was previously known as Hasan Residency, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's renovation and rebranding have clearly paid off, as the rooms are now modern, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I'd highly recommend Akshay Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The transformation from its previous incarnation as Hasan Residency is impressive, and I'm sure guests will appreciate the refreshed amenities and atmosphere.

Very good cleanliness and property near there is one good restaurant called Suvarna hotel which food was soo good that was recommend by receptionist

The hotel is good, they were available in the midnight as I reached late, also they are politely discussed and handed over the rooms... Hot water was there when we reached, also they updated it will be there 24/7, it was good experience with hotel. Thankful

they were nice and room were clean also provided toiletries and there was no much problem during check in or check out .

Pleasant stay

No food was served, not even tea/coffee, tv not functioning, was set right agtrr half-an hour. Fan regulator was not functioning. No ac remote in t room. Overall service was not satisfactory.

Decent family hotel to stay with a hot water facility located at the center of the hassan city on main road with parking facility.

The stay was good. Rooms were clean and toilets were clean too. Nice staff behaviour, location of the hotel is also good. Ok

Here i found budget friendly rooms in heart of the city it's also near to hassanaamba temple and city bus stand.

Please ask lodge people to speak to customer properly.

Room is not good, many insects, no bath towels, soaps provided. Lack of cleanliness.

Since i didn't stay in the hotel

The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. The room was awful and tge bathroom worse than a public toilet. Why do u promote such lousy places after paying nearly 2000 rs. I think we should get a refund for having to endure such mess.
