I went there with my family. Place is fine but rooms are not hygienic. Toilet is pathetic. Rooms smells very bad also bad sheets are not clean at all. After already paying still my family requested to look for another hotel. Completely waste of money.

when we reached no buddy is there for recieving in room from walls cracks is there bedsheet and blanket very bad food or WiFi not available

No food available and swimming pools is damaged. Max prices should be 1500 per room but i have paid . Not recommended.

as per pictures shown and the actual condition of the property is huge difference it's an worth that the peoples get disappointed for same...... make sure the colour & cleaning should be done properly

Worst and terrible beds sheet and pillow was not clean the washroom is worst than a public toilet there was leakage in basin at night mosquitoes were there and no proper measure from the owner then when I started the fan so that mosquito goes off both the two fan started with one button also fan was at high speed and speed regulator of fan is not working so i have to sleep with it in cold no foods available you have to order from out its far from nagaon beach door lock was so poor that anyone can break it caretaker will give you only keys and will go will not ask you for any further basic requirements like water milk for child washroom. Shower is not having hot water

My stay was one of the worst stay in my life, very dirty place rooms, linen washroom were dirty swimming pool was filled with alge, no proper coordination from care taker the condition of property is third-class.

Very bad experiance we had ! dont call it a holiday home. Its just a guest house. There were only two beds(one double bed and a single bed)in each room. No further furniture like cupboard to arrange cloths or wall cloth hanger (not even in bathroom. By luck there was a non-working shower where we hung the cloths and towels. Washbasin tap was broken. In bathroom water flow was very slow. There were no dining table and chairs in room. Swimming pool was empty too. Beside all these the location of villa, surround area, balcony view, garden and children playing area are very nice. Rooms are also big enough. I think the villa will attract more recommendations by repairing a little and adding some household inventory to make rooms more comfortable an liveable.

Wrist experience i ever had. There is no room service or any caretaker. Total waste of money

Rooms and cottage were dirty shabby, no fan cleanliness was not there, no swimming pool, no hygine was followed considering covid.

Nice view and nicely maintained. Swimming pool was not functioning.

Pleasant stay. Nearby nagaon beach by 3 km. N market place. Only room needs to have tvs.

We had booked this hotel for a 3 days stay but there is no security what so ever here. Anyone can walk in at his own will. The rooms have loose latches, which anyone can easily break. Dirty toilets with cockroaches all around. Leaking water taps and jet spray. Not even once the room was cleaned in our 3 days stay over there. The swimming pool was dirty and we couldn't even use it. All algae and dirt laying in the pool. Wouldn't ever recommend anyone to this hotel.

Its third class hotel and worst experience in my life. Caretaker is very careless about customer service.

Its worst experience. Also AC not working for first 5 years. Swimming pool closed after 6 Pm. TV not working. Food not available. Tea or breakfast nothing was offered.

In budget Simple style. Easy location Near by petrol pump which is plus points. No noise.

The hotel is everything wrong on what a hotel should be. Rooms are terrible. No concept of cleanliness at all. Absolutely rotten experience.

This is not so great place to be. It is like an old house with old beds and furniture. Toilets are poor, no toiletries were provided. You can't drink near pool and pool closes at 6 pm. Not a place for youngsters and about food you have to inform them 2 hours prior because they don't have a restaurant.
