Hotel location & room are good, but service is not good tv not working, wifi not avl. & bath kit is very poor. I have no photo

All over good service staff behaviour very good, food quality very good, washroom and hot water very good,

Location is great as it is just 600 m from fateh sagar, view is also good, they have maintained really nice gardens in the property. Rooms are also big with nice view. Host was nice and helpful with the stay.

This place had spacious and clean rooms. From balcony you can view nearby places the staff was very polite and always ready for your help. Food was good. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Good, spacious, neat and clean rooms. Ample space for parking. Well maintained multi level lawns. Conveniently located near Fateh Sagar Lake. Hotel staff was friendly and well behaved. Overall a decent place.

Hotel location is good and staff behave is very good and break fast is nice.

Nice location, quiet environment. The hotel needs a deep renovation. Bed sheets were not so clean so I asked to have them replaced. Good breakfast, kind and collaborative staff (only hindi and few words of english spoken)

PROS: The staff was polite and helpful. Room was spacious. CONS: Bathrooms and towels were not clean. As a part of toiletries was provided only a small soap and nothing else. The food was overpriced.

It was nice view and food. Room is also spacious. Good facilities. Overall perfect budget hotel.

First of all this is guest house not hotel. Location and staff are good. I have lost money. I found many other good options in same rate. I can't believe still they are using 1969 Televisions not in rooms.

Recommend to stay. Nice place and near to fateh sagar lake. Location and promiximity to most tourist spots makes stay worth. Cab and auto are easily available. Food and other services are good. Feel safe.

We stayed in suite which is comfortable for 4 people. Location is quite good without any disturbance. Food quality is good but less variety in breakfast. Nearby to most of the tourist spots. Overall we enjoyed the stay for 2 nights.

Nice stay at weekend .. But its hard to find if you're follow Google Map. Batter you call to hotel service. Food is not good ... Even below average. Staff and service are good .. They are co optative .. 3 out of 5
