Anmol Continental

Staff needs little hospitality trainings. First of all no one answers the call on the land-line. I know because I tried atleast 50 times at different times of day. The person who answers on mobile, their tone is at times rude. Although we had confirmed bookings the person on the phone said there are no rooms and your booking is not confirmed. Which almost gives a heart attack if you are travelling from different city and are dependent on this booking. No alternatives or assurance are given by the Anmol Continental staff on phone. When we reach there, they ask for your name. You spell it to them and they say you don't have a booking. Second heart attack. You plead them to search by booking id and then they find it. So they cannot type even if we spell the name or is this another ploy to refuse bookings. If this Anmol Continental does not want guests why is MakeMyTrip promoting it? Rooms: rooms have centralised AC and are too noisy. Whole night you cannot sleep due to sound of vehicles passing by, even when the windows are closed. Bed is comfortable. Water sometimes leaks from AC vents. Location: located very near to Lumbini park and Birla temple. But no good restaurants or general stores nearby if you need anything. So this is ideal for people who have own vehicles rather than those who depend on public transport. Apart from that you have WiFi and restaurant in Anmol Continental which is slightly overpriced. I would avoid it only for staff's behavior. I am used to better service.

Awesome Anmol Continental will come again. We were two families and stayed in Deluxe rooms. Rooms are below average. Visit of Camp desert was good but came to know after discussion with one guest of same camp that we were charged 1500 rs per Camp per family more then actual. It hurts when you believe on some one. I think Overcharge always happen in tourist places in India. Food of Anmol Continental was very Good and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall support was good from staff. But Seems Costly because February is medium or say end of season.

Room is Good, Location is Very Good, you can stay with family and enjoy food. Location was good and the facilities and overall experience was good one. Will recommend friends, as location is good, staff is very co-operative, buffet breakfast is good, as items offers are also in rotation every day, stayed there for over 6 days. Had some issues during allocation of room, as intercom was not working, they changed my room the next day. House keeping is good and regular

They are very cooperative. Service boys attended instantly on getting the phone call. We enjoyed the staying. Though checking time was 12 p. M. They allowed to enter the room at 9. 30 a. The location is very good just within the walking distance of birla temple. NTR garden. Lumbini garden. Hussaen Sagar. Communication is very good. Breakfast was good but it could have been better by serving juice and egg.

We visited Hyderabad last week stayed, 2 days overall experience was good. Good location all touring spots were here enjoys lot thanks for Makemytrip for wonderful experience. Been visited few tourist spots, two days enjoyed. Breakfast was good and enjoyed lots of fun with family. Need to improve some quality of Anmol Continental management and to be tourist spot of all other location also be added.

My stay was 2 days in Anmol Continental. It is located in middle of the Hyderabad and which is also useful for visitors for sightseeing of Hyderabad. I really enjoyed with my family, and transportation was very good. Which they were arranged, from the Hotel Tank Bund takes hardly five minutes.. I really enjoyed the stay at Anmol Continental.

The original price of the room is Rs. 1200 which was not reasonable but thanks to the MMT for giving such a discount to their customers by making the room reasonable after discount. TV is not working properly and the AC is not performing well too but the staff are good and are friendly and also complimentary breakfast was nice.

Good location but service is poor and facilities are also very bad, breakfast is not bad, lunch and dinner is average. Overall, Anmol Hotel is very converted, I think lodge not a Anmol Continental and management is very bad because Anmol Continental owner using very bad language with staff this all things facing the customer.

Hotel area is very good near to the all market and rooms are clean and comfertable. Seevice was good. Best Anmol Continental for family. Reception person is very polite overall experience is very nice food also very good topical hyderabadi.

I was looking for Anmol Continental near this area which is filled with multiple tourism locations also secretariat. What I like is its nice location, free buffet breakfast, lift, view, good food, free news papers etc. What could be improved is bottled water and some other amenities.

Good & friendly staff. Clean service and also fantastic. Good price & location for work and pleasure to go back. Every facility are available. Taxi, bus and also safety for your valuable are fully given. Provide service 24 hours.

The location is very much in central Hyderabad. So, it's easy to commute. The staff has behaved well. Will give an average rating for them. The Anmol Continental wasn't completely justifying its value. Breakfast was good.

Nice Anmol Continental and quick service. Food quality was good and staff were cooperative. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Booked through makemytrip was very helpful. Car rental service too was easy and affordable. Area is also standard. Trip became quite luxurious with this Anmol Continental.

I came with my wife it's good Anmol Continental near to tank band and lumbini park. Hotel was clean and breakfast excellent and better to add few items like dosha, omelet. A. C. And TV working and bathrooms clean and no problem of hot water .. You can select this Anmol Continental without thinking

I stayed here for two days. The location is really great. Walking distance from Hussain sagar lake. Everything was good ( in context of price ). Restaurant should be a little better but rooms, behaviour of the staff and all basic infrastructure were good.

Hotel rooms are good staff is very helpful cleaness is OK location is good ntr garden is on walkeble distance even birla mandir and other places is near kids like snow world ntr garden and zoo park very much overall it's good.

It's very near Hyderabad most visiting place and more over nice friendly servants but the main problem is AC it will not work so Many I had been a complaint they I'll come and check now the AC will work they will say simple they will go but the AC will not work.

Location was very convenient and the staff well behaved and professional. The room was good but with small damages to doors. Other than that it was fine.

Thank you Makemytrip... It was a good experience... The staff was very helpful... The Anmol Continental is located in the middle of the city I mean heart of the city and is easily accessible to all the places.. Thank you
