Apex Residency

The hotel (apex residency) where i booked the room was just a walking distance from the palakkad town railway station. The hotel rooms are located on the first floor and upwards of a large building. It is a very peaceful accommodation. I had no problem with check in and check out. Rooms were kept above average in cleanliness. The room had all the amenities except for a hanger to hang the used dresses. The behavior of the staffs was also very polite.

I stayed 1 day. The lodge is situated in a complex. Though the room was clean, there was noise and lignt disturbances from outside / neighbour rooms. Staff is polite and friendly. Not good for family stay as they allow drinking and smoking inside. That smells bad.

In the room is too hot because there is no proper ventilation in room and bathroom. So, you may have difficulty for sleep!

There were so many sting caterpillar in the room. There were couple of frogs in the room as well. With baby we had a sleepless night there

Very bad rooms, not neat, no drinking water, no towel, such a terrible experience.

We opted for a non ac room. The room was spacious for our family of 3 members. We did not go for any other service - food, taxi etc. Pros 1. Location is apt. Located near town railway station, municipal bus stand and theatre. 2. Shopping malls - kalyan silks, jos alukkas, emke silks nearby. 3. Good connectivity with auto stands nearby. 4. Restaurants- pure veg and non veg restaurents at walkable distance. 5. Cheap stay 6. On demand cleaning and room service. 7. Polite staff.
The staffs are responsible and will ensure the safety of our room and luggage.

No ventilation in the room no health faucet. Very old building no hot water.

Average hotel that is located near to Town railway Station. You can Park your car safely at the railway Station.

Basic hot water is not available. No blankets. Not for one day stay, is comfortable.

Average to stay. But rent very low.

It's a budget hotel located near Palakkad Town railway Station. No parking area available here, basic amenities were not given. Friendly staffs.

Room is very clean and also staff is very good behaviour.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city and the basic room though look old is clean and quite.

Bad service by the staff guy. Room wasn't ready at the time of Check_in. The room service guy washed the bathroom with too much of bleaching powder, was smelling very badly.

All services are good, I used first time make my trip. It's really Good. I like it. Want to know some other features like, Train, Flight Booking. And how to use that bonus points to book flight. Please let me know about . And thanks for service

Room is spacious and neat but we can't able to sleep at night because of bed bugs. There is no table in the room. Bathroom pipe tap was not working. Check-in and check out process is smooth. That told they will arrange if any food required but there is no good restaurants near to this hotel. They were not providing drinking water also which we need to purchase from outside. Adding few pics of bugs and their blood in bed seet.

Very bad ... Fixed high rates ... No other facilities ... Its missing. No service fr the fixd rate ... Local rooms. But with clean .. Its awesome. We had a good sleep ... But little space can't accommodate all

Car parking is little difficult. Room is not well maintained I found some insects are in bed. There is no hotels near by to get food. We have to move at least 500 meter to get a good hotel.

It located in center of Palakkad town, near railwaystation ... And the rooms are free They askd us to call them if anything needed but we so I don't knw the quality of room servies. Thats it thank you
