It was my first time in chennai city because this city was close to mahabalipuram. I stayed in some AR Residencys in chennai then came to this arresidency because of good location. I appreciated excellent service and attentiveness, friendliness of receptionist men day and nightshift. Their friendly smile and best attitude toward guests will make your stay memorable. I booked double room category and room was clean, furniture except tv was not modern, however bedlines cover were so clean well ironed and new, soft. For breakfast they give you some cariety of traditional food as idli, chakni, boiled eggs, tea coffee. I loved my room. It was worthy for price. I recommend this AR Residency for other travellers for best location, clean room, caring staff and good atmosphere. For foreighners its safe here. Thank a lot for making my stay the best in chennai city.

Recently, i had the pleasure of staying at this AR Residency, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, contributing to a positive start. However, the only downside was the AR Residency's location, which proved a bit challenging to locate initially. Despite this, once found, the inconvenience seemed minor compared to the overall positive aspects of the stay. The cleanliness and convenience of the room, coupled with the easy check-in process, made it a stay worth considering for future visits.

This AR Residency or service apartment is just 3 months old and the facilities are good. It is located at a prime place and main t nagar shopping area is walkable. It is located in a calm residential place and have parking facility. Reasonably priced and they provide all toiletries. I had taken a room with balcony. The complimentary breakfast is yummy. Lunch and dinner is not provided. Once booked they will share the right gmap location. You will have to search it as starlight AR Residency t nagar instead of ar residency. It is a matter of 2 buildings anyways and not a major detour.

The AR Residency a are residency, chennai is situated at a very good location t nagar. Mr. Sundram at front office is very coperative. Pros - no kitchen, room service is very poor, no refrigerator for chilled water. Cons -rooms are very clean and specious. Thanks. The people especially mr. Sundar & vijay were amazing, rooms need to be improved with the place to keep luggages, and soap stands in the bathing area, n no ventilation, smoking should not be allowed in the rooms, non smoking rooms to be in diffrent floors, food quality is bad and coffee/tea can be freshly made instead of dip, water bottle to be provided, and AR Residency location n all good, value for money, my special appreciation to mr. Sundar & vijay they need a big round of applause.

We were given a suite room as there was no deluxe room, which we had booked, available. The room was huge with a balcony. Linen were clean, and the and the bathroom was tidy. Toiletries were not there; i think they have forgotten it. But, as we stayed there for 2 days, we brought our own toiletries. Food was homely; i loved it. The dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a comfy stay for an affordable price. I would surely revisit and recommend it.

Best in price. Room was perfectly clean Bathroom,towel, bedsheets, blankets, plillows everything were neat and clean. I booked this AR Residency for 1day from MMT app but I just loved this AR Residency and warm welcome and behaviour of all the staff and receptionist.. so I extended the booking for 4 more days. A budget AR Residency with neat & clean rooms. Location is easily accessible from anywhere. Great reception/lobby with a very well behaved lobby manager(sundar) always on duty & helpfull.

Good place and calm environment, Staffs are also so humble, i had no complaints except slow wifi🙂🙂

Overall stay was good. But i was made to wait to allocate room. Other than that rest of the experience was good. It was value for money experience. I prefer ar residency during my next visits to chennai.
