Ashutosh Inn

🤙. This is only 10'/12' room...

We stayed in hotel ashutosh inn on 23/05/24 without presification of your shown room'spicture, but next two days we availed delux room there. The maneger did not compensate.

Room 1- semi -deluxe room. 1. The initial room given to us had a foul gas smell. Their reason- because it was shut for long and there's a kitchen beside the provided room. The changed room that was provided was for a kid to stay. 2. Bed size- single child, 4 feel long. The quilt was the dirtiest ever. 3. Room - none of the sockets worked, except the tv sockets. 4. Bathroom- barely any space to close the door- also, the door had a long gap from the wall at the hinge sockets. Made well for an outsider to peep into. No hot water available despite a "geyser" in the bathroom. The basin tap was coming off too. 5. No kettle provided in the chilly winter of december. When asked- they had a "no kettle" policy. Great! room 2- deluxe room 1. The bathroom floor was covered in water despite the room being "not used" by anyone. 2. The room had a sharing door with another room which was allocated to other people. 3. The bathroom had locks whose keys were not available with the hotel manager either. 4. When a family member got stuck inside the bathroom, the hotel staff asked us, what should be done since they had no key to the bathroom lock. Finally they agreed to break the window to get the member out.

The hotel. Property was excellent, the service was also good, the staff was also helpful. The only thing was that the room size was small as i have booked deluxe room, but i think they provide some other room which did not look like deluxe.

I found this hotel on make my trip app and i don't regret it while staying in here it was so good and the food are so tasty in here and staff's are well mannered and they where so helpful in every things thank you ashutosh inn ill look forward to stay with you guys again in future thank you for a wonderful stay.

Semi delux room is small like single room. Unclean linen. No power back up to run the fan during loadshedding. Maximum items are not available that are mentioned in menu. Unclean dishes. Rooms were not cleaned on day 2.

Food, decoration and behaviour all were very attractive.

The receptionist were less skilled. The management of the hotel was also quite poor. Like no toilet roll paper in thew bathroom, no tissues inside the room, and not covering food while bringing it inside the room, no refrigerator and no telephone to order. We have to go to the receptionist every-time we need anything. But the receptionist were trying to be quite friendly but they lacked in skill. Can’t give proper info when asked. And the food were too expensive. One aloo paratha cost 80 rupess and plain paratha costed 50. And they wet e too disturbing. Had to change all the bulbs while me and my partner were relaxing in the bed. And thew fan doesn’t work properly. Rest it was all good. But thankfully we got a room to stay so it’s fine.

Price is high as compared to the room. Room is disturbing. Sorrounding sounds continuously disturbing us. We can’t sleep properly. Room is too small. Room is dirty. Blanket is also dirty. Some bathroom fittings are also not working. Food is also not good in taste. Electricity had gone for almost 4-5hrs. They don’t have generators or inverters.

overall we enjoyed a lot.hotels are good with well behaved stuff.

hotel was good and in prime location. service was also nice. rooms and washrooms were little congested. overall great.

Horrible overall stay, unable to sleep properly due to loud phone conversation at 2 am, 3 am, room open to outside.

Initially they refuse to give us a room saying all the rooms are already booked and asked us to cancel the booking. Later when we had a room, it was to small and the washroom had two big windows which were open also the door of the washroom didn’t have locks both from inside and outside. Overall, we would never stay there in future.

The room was really bad. The washroom settings were bad too. Hot water isn't fully available. The door lock was poor. The room was too small for a family. There was no room service.

hotel was nice and staffs were very friendly !!!! property location was good and hotel are clean , nice hotel to stay 😊

Room is not hygienic, bathroom is so bad condition. Too many smell.

Very bad bed sheets were dirty not even change after our check in

Room is too small and congested. Not enough space for two person even in double room. Dirty bedsheets, pillows and towels are very old. Went for dinner and was a bit late, they closed the gate and the person responsible for opening the gate switched off his phone and the manager didn't pick up the phone either. If you are looking for night life not a place to stay.
