For check in i need to wait for more than 1& 1/2 hrs. Yes, the room was too dirty and it was non a/c room with only one light and a fan. Also the bed quantity was too poor

You are aware that this place is permanently closed yet you a old it collected money and not refunding it. Your customer care tells lies. Now i have recordings and proof of all this and i am going to sue. I was on the road at 10. 00 pm in a different city without accommodation because of you. Now see you in court.
