Auro Maison

The property is in a very bad location. The area smells all the time. Of the 2 rooms, AC is one room was bad, it was hardly getting cold. The parking is limited and it does not feel safe to park on the street, where dogs and goats go and sit on top of the car. The breakfast is quiet average. There is No TV in the rooms or hall. The water in the bathroom is smelly.

They didn’t have food there. Other than that, it’s a peaceful place to be in!

Last minute cancellation and denied check-in when we arrived at the hotel late at night with my family, we were denied check-in. The hotel claimed that the booking was not confirmed. This experience caused a great deal of stress for my family and me, especially since we were in a new city.

Auro Maison is a good place. It’s not my first time. I would be glad to visit again but there are some minor cons, we were unable to use the balcony as there was a foul smell of bird droppings and we had to keep balcony door closed , the bedsheet could have been checked before check in as it was dirty with some red marks but the team was quick in changing once we reported. That said, these are some minor cons which come after many positives.

I had a great stay at Auro Maison in Pondicherry. The ambience was warm and inviting, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials like towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, and more. Room service was excellent — prompt and courteous. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pondicherry!

The stay was near the beach with a clean room, and had a nice balcony with sea view. The property is newly built.

its in a proper slum area, in the reception is damded extra money than I paid in the midnight . they don't have morals and ethics. you don't get anything to eat nearby, no car parking.

The rooms are well maintained. Staff is also very gentle and helpful. The property is very new. There is no TV in the studio rooms though and the location of the property is in the interior. Do take a scooty or rent a bike to have easy access to nearby places.

The hotel building looks nice and pretty only in the pictures but it's located in the middle of slum area. I would never recommend for anyone who is going to pondicherry for a plesent stay. They give you kettle only if you ask for one a and that too is not clean. The bedsheets stink looks like they never change it the staff will take forever to pickup calls and assist

The 2bh apartment was nice with a very spacious living room. Sunlight was very prominent in all the rooms.

Location was a bit interior, Room was spacious,staff was polite , overall wonderful experience......

It was a very good stay, clean enjoyed alott.

There where no tv, properly bed rest and unhygienic restroom. Waste of paying more money. Felt wasted booking property.

Over pricing and full of mosquito

Stay was really good. Hotel is hardly 2-3 km from all the main attractions on mg road area. Hotel staff were very kind and prompt. Though little more hygienic condition will make the stay perfect along with a mini restaurent at least tea/coffee and snacks.

it's a good stay.....worth of money... especially the way they treated us was very good....both of the managers and the owner were very friendly....they are sooo ice to us
