Booked this hotel as a last minute keeping in mind its proximity to the city center mall, the check in was smooth, room size was good and staff behavior was good. Booked a room for 3 adults and they provided the extra bed on our arrival. The wall of the room next to the bathroom was water damaged. overall it was a good stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel and the staff service was great , but at the end of the day I felt like I wanted to extend the hotel checkout time and they agreed saying paying the half day would be ok, but they charged me for almost two days worth of price of online booking for extending half a day . Other than that, everything was fine.

Awesome Palace is centrally located in the heart of Guwahati with prime locations and shopping centres in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the lovely staff went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay. The TVs in some room and old and should be updated. Not a big deal if you're not one of those who skip in the TV.

Very untidy bathroom. Given different bed which i ordered.

Room Quality, AC Condition, Power Plugs , Electric Kettle, Room Service, Others . It was a very worst experience i had . Will never prefer to stay here again .

The Room service and Receptionist are well spoken. The roof Top Olive Garden is a plus. You can take your partner and have good food with great ambiance.

Everything was perfect, the room was huge and the property is really clean and the location also good

location is good, just little inside the main road,But the narrow alley is not at all safe at night. Rooms are ok with all necessary arrangements. The best part was it's complimentary breakfast. The food options were good n satisfactory. Overall good choice for a shorter stay, the rooms feel suffocating if you stay longer.

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and staffs cordial and prompt. Location is great as it is very near to city center and central plaza. Overall very good. Wud definitely stay again.

It's a pretty decent and affordable stay with all the required amenities. Customercentricness is top notch.

Comfortable stay at an affordable rate .Clean hotel with all the basic amenities n has a rooftop restaurant cum bar which is quite awesome .It is located centrally which is convenient

I usually stay to this hotel from last 4 years, i was always happy services, staff is always specially room services, this time wifi was a major issues, have asked multiple times but not resolve was disappointed, hope future they will look into it

Bad service, only one plug point so can’t charge more than 1 phone together, one common switch with multiple connections like fan, light !plug. If you switch off, all the associated electrical devices switches off. No one at the counter during early morning check out. Though location is good but overall pathetic experience.

Awesome palace was a comfortable place to stay. With its large rooms and strong wifi, i had a good time working and relaxing. Staff from reception, housekeeping and rooms service were quite courteous all along. Will visit again, for sure
