location is very close to both Murud as well as Kashid beach. Rooms were clean. The property features a private swimming pool. overall comfortable.

The resort is still under development, no tv in the room that they have mentioned in their facilities. There are also no dryer, toiletries, proper room service, no laundry service, and no wifi.

excellent property, owner himself makes it sure that everything is perfect for guests, multiple activities included like boxcricket, swimming, large ground, Camp fire and Barbeque food is great , should try both home made and ala carte option whole family enjoyed the stay.
