Was in Amritsar for a 2 days solo trip. Backpacker's best was absolutely value for money. Comfortable beds. The terrace is converted to a garden and peacefully. Happens to be the only smoking area in the Backpacker's Nest. The owners are very humble and helpful. The staff is responsive. Can't expect more for this.

The location of the Backpacker's Nest is in close proximity to Golden temple and just beside partition museum. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only drawback I found was noise coming from other near by room entering into room, may be Backpacker's Nest can work on improving its doors making noise proof

I choose this Backpacker's Nest 7th time and really the stay was amazing. They always welcome guest as a family and the behaviour of the staff was also good as precious. Nice location near the golden temple within 1km area. Only 10 min walkable distance from the golden temple.
